Very nice! There's something a little poignant about Sebastian still suffering Grell's company and still maintaining some mannerisms of his butler persona--not to mention hanging about the ruins of the manor.

As for the ending, very interesting. I like that it's not 100% confirmed that it's Ciel, even though it's heavily implied. For all we know, it's possible that it's one of Sebastian's mind games.

It's definitely heavily implied it's Ciel, but... that's up to the reader. There's several different ways the soul could be IN the cat, after all, or it could be Sebastian chose that cat because its resemblance to Ciel. (The idea of Ciel ending up in a cat is hysterically funny to me, since he's SUPPOSED to be a dog).
