i think there is a lot more to it than people doing drugs to escape things. everyone has their own reasoning, and yes, for a lot of people i know who do it because it fills a part of them that they cant seem to fill otherwise. for me though, i cant really put my finger on it. i think i just do it for fun, and to see what my mind is able to do. i think drugs can be really mind expanding, and give you a whole new outlook on life, which can be helpful in a lot of ways. theres a lot of good that can come from it. yes, they CAN kill, yes they can hurt your brain. but what cant. self education and exploration is the only true way...
