I've learned I should not to make plans or commitments within 1 hour of having coffee or not to break plans or commitments within 1 hour of bedtime. I can't be trusted; I'm either too wired or too tired.
It's time for me to get rid of things. I feel weighted down and cluttered. I'm cutting back on projects, eating, things in my house, bad friends, bad habits - it's time for a mass purge

I had jury duty for a criminal case in Detroit this week. If I ever get another jury summons (not sent certified mail) I may ignore it. It was a lot of weight to bear. A lot of pressure. I'm still dreaming about it at night
