Nate's Blog Goes Political!
I recently invented what I believe to be a good moniker for our reality-challenged president. How about "Baghdad Bush?" Remember Baghdad Bob, who resolutely reported that Saddam was drinking the blood of the American soldier while tanks flowed like wine through the Iraqi capital?
I find Bush very similar: he reports that 'things are getting better in Iraq,' 'Saddam was a threat,' and even reports that the National Journal has labeled John Kerry as the most liberal Senator even though the National Journal's web site itself states that the Bush site grossly misstates the Journal's position (notice that the reference on the Bush web site does not actually contain a live link to the National Journal's web site)!
