...good to be back
...so it seems as though that i'm being trusted more because I'm booking a bunch of Papa Roach dates along with whatever they give me. The past few days i've been staying at most 45 minutes after work to finish what i'm doing. I may seem cranky and stuff but in the end, I still love my job and thank my lucky stars that I was so damn lucky to get it. :)
...tonite just stayed in. I need it. Been tired a lot lately. Last night I went to J's and we chilled, drank, his brother Rod was there and so was my patient. We just chilled and talked and I had a great time. Then J and I got into our zone of writing and wrote this song i've been working on and let me tell you....it's gonna be PHAT! It's so good to be writing with J again cause we know how each other think. We've been writing together since.....we were...um...15? I think? Will be a decade this year....GOD I'LL BE 25....let's not think bout that...
...and then i don't know what happened but we just got into our mode of just talking...like in depth talking bout our lives and loves. Haven't had that in a while and i missed that bout us cause we can just spill shit like that. It's funny...back when we were in our first band together, he had to kick me out cause it wasn't working cause I was in buffalo and he came back here to nyc....was probably one of the hardest things ever...for the both of us. definite tears that nite....but we both told each other that we'd come back for each other if we ever did a new band...and it's still holding true....I joined Sarcasm and I asked him to join....now he quit Sarcasm and asked me to be in this band. Funny how things work out....good to be back and have a best friend like J....
