Sometimes when he’s feeling poetic he can look across which ever landscape he happens to be in and epitomize it into what forever is. He can make grand and sweeping gestures of all the emotions and greatness of forever. Draw hollow conclusions of what that forever is going to bring him. While making any other man smile with these words of the beauty of tomorrow.
Yet his belief in forever is crushed under the powerful blow of a sword; striking through bone and cutting through flesh. His words of beauty of that forever are shattered with a bullet blowing through his side; when blood soaks the grandness of it all and drowns the men who once smiled at his poetic musings.
But not let it be said that the forever man creates only words full of despair. That his words so hammered by his sinicism and hardness towards the world cannot be anything other than dark and bitter.
As this forever man can remember a time; only vaguely now; but still can remember a time when his poetry was simple and light. When it held no hatred. Nor sorrow, nor pain. Yet when he tries to re-kindle that time; all he finds is an emptiness that this forever has given him in return.
