I was allowed to take the bandage off today. There are nine marks where the doctor gave me injections. The biggest one is from the needle that went under my kneecap. It hurts a lot like he said it would, but he gave me codeine, which I took this morning, and it's fading a little. It took me forever to fall asleep-it was almost 6AM before the melatonin I took started to help me out.

I was expecting marks, but not a bruise starting. I didn't bruise with the cortisone shot... I did, however, expect the damn thing to be swollen and lo and behold...
