Here are all the threads he has been in since waking up and finding himself in Landels (WIP)
Day 19 - Day Shift
DAWN(PLOT POINT - ARRIVAL): Qui-Gon wakes up and is considerably surprised to find himself alive despite the events on Naboo. Believing Landels to be a genuine medical facility, Qui-Gon leaves his room peacefully. He is stunned to realize that he can't see the staff through the Force - he chalks this up to his terrible wounds, however.
BREAKFAST: Noticing that Landels is lacking in non-human patients, Qui-Gon is deposited in the cafeteria with Vincent, Cid, and Hojo. He tries to keep the peace. [Vincent, Cid, Hojo]
LUNCH (HALLOWEEN): Having been forced to rest for a shift or two, Qui-Gon manages to make it to lunch and chats briefly with Inara and Kaylee. [Inara, Kayle]
Day 19 - Night Shift
Qui-Gon didn't venture out, and instead slept during the night.
Day 20 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST {PLOT POINT - REUNION WITH OBI-WAN): Qui-Gon wakes up determined to feel better, and heads off to eat breakfast. Obi-Wan Kenobi stumbles upon the Master he thought was dead and Qui-Gon is eventually brought up to speed on what has happened: namely, that he was supposed to be dead and did die on Naboo. He finally learns the truth about Landels and realizes that it isn't just the simple medical facility he thought it was.[Obi-Wan]
ARTS AND CRAFTS: Keeping Obi-Wan's words in mind, Qui-Gon mingles with the other patients, noting Azel's particular signature in the Force. He talks briefly with Azel, Kaoru, and Renji. They briefly discuss other planets.[Azel, Kaoru, Renji]
THERAPY (STEGMAN): Qui-Gon attends his first therapy session, and is given a close story of his own life, yet without any real specifics. Stegman decides that telling Qui-Gon of the fate of his "student" is best left to another time.
LUNCH (PLOT POINT): Approaching Obi-Wan for lunch, Qui-Gon can't help but notice how his former Padawan has grown into a mature young Jedi. He describes to Obi-Wan what "therapy" consisted of and brings up the matter of the Force and needing meditation on their problems accessing it.[Obi-Wan]
ARTS AND CRAFTS: While Obi-Wan is in his own therapy session, Qui-Gon meditates.
Day 20 - Night Shift
Beginning of NS(PLOT POINT): Qui-Gon starts his journal addressed to Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan visits his room, coming with the troubling story of a Republic "clone trooper" approaching him. Qui-Gon is a bit leery about this news. Together they attempt to meditate in order to connect to the Force.
COURTYARD: Wandering into the courtyard, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are attacked by giant squirrels: they are saved by arrival of Claire and Wesker.
Day 21 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Fresh off his first nightshift in Landels, Qui-Gon muses on how strange it is to wake up suddenly. He meets a young boy named Ari, also new, and tries to warn him on the dangers of nightshift. Ari asks about the Republic and Qui-Gon tells him about the galaxy and hyperspace travel.
LIBRARY (PLOT POINT): Qui-Gon meets up with Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan is preoccupied with his "dead" Master and the conversations they had up to Naboo. Qui-Gon, as well, is thinking about Naboo and the ramifications of him being alive, as well as on Anakin Skywalker, as well as admitting he might have formed an attachment to Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan reveals they were located on a planet called "Earth", in a place called "New Jersey". Obi-Wan checks up on Qui-Gon and they discuss escape plans amongst the book shelves.
LUNCH: Qui-Gon has lunch with Renji and Eric Draven as a collection of "dead guys". They talk about how the dead walk here in Landels, Qui-Gon is disturbed to realize he had been one with the Force only to be snatched back. Renji brings up a "chain of fate", and they talk about "reitsu" and the Force, as well as the concept of balance. Renji brings up an alchemist for getting weapons.
Day 21 - Night Shift
Beginning of NS - Qui-Gon runs into Ari again. They're joined by Obi-Wan, but their reunion is interrupted by an enormous spider. The two Jedi band together to protect Ari, Qui-Gon trying to mind-trick the spider into abandoning its prey and feels a disturbing sense of "void" in the Force when he attempts and fails. Obi-Wan drives off the spider, defending his Master, and Ari, Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and a newcommer (Epros) make sure everyone isn't too badly hurt. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day 22 - Day Shift
CHAPEL - Qui-Gon joins Azel and Soujirou in the Chapel; all the patients are gathered there for a "surprise" from the man behind the intercom. Qui-Gon offers his assistance to both, instructing Azel that the first step to facing a problem is to investigate and ask questions in order to gather information. Azel speaks of being brainwashed (SC) and Qui-Gon offers support, though he is disturbed by this news.
CHAPEL 2 - HEAD DOCTOR APPEARANCE (PLOT POINT - HEAD DOCTOR): The Head Doctor Martin Landel puts in a personal appearance in the Chapel. Qui-Gon is intensely disturbed by the man, unable to describe what he sees except to call him a "wound in the Force", a sense of void without light, eating away at the Force. Qui-Gon comes to the conclusion this man could be an enemy to both Sith and Jedi.
BRUNCH: Qui-Gon is preoccupied with what he witnessed in the Chapel. Two patients join him at the table (Reinforce and Yohji).Qui-Gon is unable to use the Force after being in close proximity to Martin Landel. Reinforce bluntly singles him out for his age, noting he's far older than the average patient. Qui-Gon reflects on his age and Obi-Wan, and says he is from Coruscant. He explains it's a planet covered by one entire city and is faced with the reaction of incredulity, as if it's impossible for there to be other planets out there.
COURTYARD: Meets Gin from BLEACH. Qui-Gon fills him in on Landels and also says he doesn't think immediate escape is the real solution. Their conversation is crashed by Ichigo, who says not to trust Gin. Qui-Gon suggests the two leave their previous differences aside in order to work together here in Landels. As the two argue, Qui-Gon takes his leave, jumping threads to here.
LIBRARY : Qui-Gon senses something amiss after a cryptic bulletin board post by Renji. He meets Renji who introduces Rukia. They discuss the odd aura about Martin Landel and Qui-Gon says he saw chaos incarnate in Landel. Qui-Gon's advice is to continue to investigate Landels and this mysterious planet, saying "one step at a time". Gin and Ichigo are brought up and Renji vows to kill Gin. Qui-Gon states that, as a Jedi, he will stop Renji if he tries to murder Gin but states he is not his enemy.
Day 22 - Night Shift
Beginning of NS (Qui-Gon's room) (PLOT POINT - ANAKIN): Obi-Wan meets Qui-Gon in his room and they set off. Obi-Wan is distressed, saying his visitor had been Anakin Skywalker. Qui-Gon is startled, expecting anything but that, and Obi-Wan says that while he was called "Andrew" by the staff, he believes this might have been the real Anakin. Their conversation is interrupted by a large scorpion, forcing the Jedi to retreat back to Qui-Gon's room.
QUI-GON'S ROOM (PLOT POINT - ANAKIN): Trapped in the room by the scorpion outside, they decide to air out their differences. Obi-Wan is concerned about Anakin and they discuss the possibility he'd been taken just as they had and, perhaps, had been here long enough to be brainwashed. They talk about brainwashing and losing memories, both thinking of that time years ago on Phindar: it's possible to retain them even during a mind-wipe, but they both know it's no easy task. Obi-Wan warns Qui-Gon as well about his telepathic roommate, Schuldig. Sensing it's safe to move on, the two Jedi arm themselves with chairs and head out.
2ND FLOOR: They head upstairs and are confronted with an awful stench. They move on until they are stopped by a locked door. Both Jedi try to open it and fail. While they are standing by the door, Obi-Wan is ambushed by a living shadow; the phantasm eats away at his willpower, leaving Qui-Gon worried and Obi-Wan less and less responsive. Qui-Gon hurriedly pulls him away, far enough from the phantasm, and Obi-Wan begins to recover. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 23 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Qui-Gon wakes up in his bed, and becomes angry at how his Padawan had been almost taken by darkness. He forces himself to overcome the anger and compose himself before heading off to the morning meal. He meets Raven from Teen Titans.
MALE SHOWERS: Qui-Gon catches up to Obi-Wan in the showers. He asks if the young man is alright and the two discuss more plans. Qui-Gon states he wants to discuss as well the matter of escape as they finish up with the showers.
SUN ROOM (PLOT POINT - QUI-GON'S FINAL MISSION): They move into the Sun Room. Qui-Gon tells Obi-Wan he believes it wouldn't be a good idea to escape just because an opportunity presents itself, regretting the matter of balance he had to make back on Tatooine between Anakin and his mother. Feeling uncomfortable with making such a choice again, Qui-Gon also knows that Martin Landel is a danger if he keeps consuming the Force as he has so far already. Obi-Wan is understandably not happy with his Master's decision. Qui-Gon says he will stay but aid Obi-Wan's escape in any way his can. Obi-Wan vows he won't leave unless Qui-Gon is with him.
LUNCH: With Cletus Kasady. Qui-Gon ponders about his conversation with Obi-Wan. He also runs into Kasady, startled at how bright his presence is in the Force, as he is two beings instead of one. Kasady tells him he's in the USA, in New Jersey to be exact.
Day 23 - Night Shift: Qui-Gon sleeps in.
Day 24 - Day Shift
LUNCH: Qui-Gon is contacted on the message board by Renji. He eats lunch with Max (Dark Angel). They discuss what happened to the patients who came before them. Max pegs him as not being an Earthian, pointing out his hair. Qui-Gon is confused, but changes the subject, asking about what she knows about Earth. She tells him everything she knows about her Earth.
RECREATIONAL FIELD Qui-Gon takes a walk in the recreational field and runs into Elfangor (Animorphs). He explains Elfangor is a prisoner and introduces him to Renji, seeing him idling by. Elfangor asks a lot of questions, asking if they've heard of Yeerks and Andalites, describing the Yeerks and their ability to take over people, leaving Qui-Gon wondering if Obi-Wan might have been taken over. Disturbed by this, Qui-Gon advises Elfangor to watch what kind of questions he asks in the future.
Day 24 - Night Shift
M41-M50 HALL: Qui-Gon sets out immediately to find Obi-Wan, wanting to make sure he's not controlled by a Yeerk. Finding Obi-Wan, he invades his privacy with the Force, verifying with it that there is only Obi-Wan and not a Yeerk in there. Qui-Gon tells Obi-Wan about a possible new threat on Earth, saying the Yeerks are another problem they must be aware of, and then apologizes for scanning Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon reflects on trust, thinking to how he's been with Obi-Wan for so many years now and trusts him above all others. Obi-Wan tells him about Artemis Fowl and Qui-Gon decides to meet him. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day 25 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: With Elfangor. Qui-Gon asks to know more about the Yeerks and Andalites, asking if there's a way to detect a Controller and remove a Yeerk from its host.
GREENHOUSE: With ZEX. He studies the plant life in the Greenhouse and asks if ZEX is familiar with any of them. Qui-Gon asks if ZEX remembers how he came to be here but isn't terribly surprised not to be able to get a real answer, aside from it seems he's come back from the dead as Qui-Gon himself has.
Day 25 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NIGHTSHIFT (PLOT POINT - OBI-WAN'S KNIGHTING): Qui-Gon comes for Obi-Wan, but feels distress from his Padawan. Wondering what could have made his friend feel like this, he sees soon enough the reason why: a nurse at Landels has cut off his rank braid. Qui-Gon states it's time - Obi-Wan Kenobi is to be a Jedi Knight, no longer a Padawan Learner. While it's unusual for a Knighting to happen out in the field, Qui-Gon takes it upon himself to Knight Obi-Wan and carries out an improvised and personalized version of the ceremony. Obi-Wan gives him his rank braid to keep, leaving Qui-Gon honored. The two then decide to go looking for better weapons and supplies.
ON THE MOVE - NEAR SUN ROOM: They keep moving and enter the Sun Room, passing it to go into here. They search the kitchen and come up with a few utensils, all metal. They gather them. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 26 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST : With Chloe. Qui-Gon wakes up in bed with the pillow case of materials. He hides them just before the nurse arrives to escort him to the cafeteria. He notices a new patient, Chloe, and tries to comfort her, informing her about Landels. She believes she is insane and so is everyone else, despite Qui-Gon's advice. Qui-Gon leaves to speak to Obi-Wan and Artemis Fowl (PLOT POINT - GIVEN MAPS). Approaching the two, Qui-Gon adjusts to the missing rank braid (which he now wears as a bracelet) and the fact Obi-Wan is now an official Jedi Knight. He meets Artemis and the boy helps them by giving them two maps. They discuss what they know about Martin Landel and Alec Doyle.
SHOWERS: Qui-Gon bathes in the group showers and speaks with Gin.
GAME ROOM: Qui-Gon thinks about Obi-Wan's first day as an official Jedi Knight. He is also still curious about Earth and examines the board game boxes, joined by Sparda (Devil May Cry), who asks what they are. Qui-Gon hazards a guess.
Day 26 - Night Shift
NIGHTSHIFT: Encountering a distraught Claire (Heroes) outside, Qui-Gon stops to comfort her. She asks if he knows about another patient called RC (Darman - SW Republic Commando) and he is sad to admit he hasn't, but tells her not to give up hope. He ushers her inside and asks what she was doing out there. She tells him her problems, including the missing Darman, and he says he will help search. He walks her over to Wesker. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 27 - Day Shift
LUNCH: With Mark and Dairine. Qui-Gon reflects on Claire's loss, knowing that there's a slim chance can be found. Mark joins him and Dairine hears him introduce himself as Qui-Gon and fangirls over him. Qui-Gon takes it in a stride.
LIBRARY: With Kratos and Dairine. Kratos bumps literally into Qui-Gon browsing the shelves and Dairine introduces herself.
Day 27 - Night Shift
BEGiNNING OF NS: Qui-Gon is visited by Obi-Wan. Breaking off his meditation, Qui-Gon explains why he didn't meet with his former student the night before and also thinks about a new understanding of the Force, true understanding. They talk about the mystery of Earth and how they seem to know about their galaxy and yet have had no contact or notable space travel. They head outside for the shed out on the recreational field. END OF NS.
Day 28
MAGNUS PARK (Field Trip): Dressed in Earthian clothes, Qui-Gon meets up with Obi-Wan once the buses have stopped in Doyleton, giving them their first look of Earth beyond the Institute. They find it full of life and not barren and having a startling lack of air traffic. They set off to investigate as a team in order to gather information about Earth. Their first glimpse isn't encouraging in regards to means of escape.
BLACK ROCK INN (Field Trip): They check out the inn. Obi-Wan observes how rustic is appears inside and Qui-Gon notices the complete lack of droids.
PET SUPPLY PLACE (Field Trip): The Jedi see a horse for the first time and wonder if it's a sentient being. They're approached by the horse's owner and given a little information.
T&M ELECTRONICS (Field Trip): A better glimpse at Earthian electronics. Qui-Gon studies them to see if they could be jury rigged into commlinks.
BUS 2 (Field Trip): Qui-Gon is led back to the buses that will be heading back to Doyleton. Qui-Gon appreciates the nature and life around him, noting the Force in the trees and in Fancy the Horse, reflecting that the Force is his ally. Argilla joins him on the bus, who says she's surprised at how much vegetation there is in town.
Day 28 - Night Shift
BUS 2: Nightshift descends outside of Landels, with the staff on the bus mutating. Qui-Gon feels in his core the corruption at work here, feeling the Force being manipulated. Acting quickly, he moves to help the patients out of the bus and heads for a panicking Ritsuka, intending to help him by pushing him toward an exit instead of standing there screaming. His friend Soubi mistakes Qui-Gon for attacking him and hits him. Qui-Gon insists he's trying to help and oversees the two's escape, helped along with Max.
OUTSIDE THE BUSES: Max, Soubi and Qui-Gon protect Ritsuka, Qui-Gon bringing up the rear. Outside the aquila are flocking and attacking.
ENTRY ROOM: The group manages to get inside Landels and Max leads them back to the patient blocks. Qui-Gon leaves the group. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 29 - Day Shift
CHAPEL: Qui-Gon meditates alone and contemplates the plan to make a commlink.
BRUNCH: Qui-Gon eats brunch with Obi-Wan. They talk about last night and helping the other patients escape the bus death traps, as well as the monstrous changes in the staff. They both agree that the staff are victims and not responsible for their changes and are most likely unaware of them, which changes things. Qui-Gon informs Obi-Wan about his plan to make commlinks so they can investigate separately and still keep in contact.
CAFETERIA: Reading Sherlock Holmes, Qui-Gon meets Luffy (One Piece). Luffy asks where he's from and Qui-Gon says he's from Coruscant, leaving Luffy amazed at the idea of being beyond the clouds and from the stars.
Day 29 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS: Qui-Gon plans to investigate the doctor offices for any commlink materials and runs into Sanzo (Saiyuki). The monk is looking at a map and Qui-Gon offers to help fill any blanks if he can and they give each other their names as they move. Sanzo's never heard of Coruscant, but he's heard of the Republic from another patient.
MAIN HALLWAY 1-CENTER: They're joined by Obi-Wan, who brings news of a new lead: Mr. Radio had left a cryptic message saying he's "bearing gifts". The trio follow the directions through the Sun Room.
PATIENT LIBRARY (PLOT POINT - KNIVES): And come face to face with Mr. Radio. Sanzo is quick tempered with the man, who is not impressed. Qui-Gon requests information and any help he can give. Sanzo is, of course, angry and Qui-Gon uses the Force to calm him down, which Sanzo is surprised to sense. Mr. Radio gives Sanzo a gun with ammo and cigarettes, and the two Jedi real knives. NIGHT SHIFT ENDS.
Day 30 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Qui-Gon conceals his new knife before heading out for breakfast. He encounters Sanzo from before who demands to know what Qui-Gon did to him last night and Qui-Gon admits he used the Force on him, explaining it as a universal spirit (in Earthian terms) and apologizes. Sanzo correctly identifies him as a Jedi, surprisingly Qui-Gon. [Interrupted by a riot in the cafeteria]
SHOWERS: Qui-Gon showers and meets Claude (Star Ocean 2). He questions him about Earth and tells him Landels can take people from death, admitting he was one such individual.
PATIENT LIBRARY: Qui-Gon tracks down Sanzo, wanting to know about this possible Jedi who'd been here earlier. Qui-Gon notices that Sanzo might possibly be a Force Sensitive himself. Sanzo identifies himself as a priest and questions Qui-Gon on his ability with the Force to influence people: the Jedi Master admits it's only a tool and its use or abuse depends on the individual. They share their differing views on non-attachment, Qui-Gon stating it's possible to have compassionate non-attachment, explaining a Jedi's life of service and the dangers of the dark side.
Day 30 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS (PLOT POINT - MR. RADIO KILLED): Qui-Gon meditates, feeling the dark side of the Force stronger than usual tonight and taking in the gloating of Martin Landel, who says he killed the man behind the radio. Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan meet up, confirm they're okay, and agree to wait on going into th basement without preparation. They move out.
M-B BLOCK HALL: They discuss Mr. Radio's murder. Qui-Gon doubts he was working alone, Obi-Wan saying they'll have to wait and see if others are ready to step in his place. Moving on, Obi-Wan talks about a patient who said her brother turned into a creature at night. Qui-Gon decides to look for Anakin's file if he can.
HALLWAY 1-CENTER: They passing into the Sun Room to get to the music room.
MUSIC ROOM: Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan make it inside. They steal some of the electronics for the commlink plan. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day 31 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Alone, Qui-Gon eats breakfast and plots out the commlink they hope to make.
LIBRARY: Qui-Gon searches again the Earthian books, looking for more information on the planet and its people. He runs into Saetan doing the same thing.
LUNCH: Gin approaches him and tells him he's sorted things out with Renji. Qui-Gon is glad to have the peace kept.
GAME ROOM: Qui-Gon again looks at the games, trying to get more of an insight on the Earthians and their culture. Solo post.
DINNER (PLOT POINT - THE NEW ROOMATE): Qui-Gon meets his new roommate, his old one having vanished. The new roommate is Vlad Masters (Danny Phantom) who asks if he's like a teacher. Qui-Gon says in a way he is: Vlad recognizes him as a Jedi. He asks what Vlad does for a living. He states he's a businessman.
Day 31 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS (PLOT POINT - JILL REPLACES JACK): Qui-Gon hears Martin Landel's rant against Jill, a mysterious female voice who's replaced the deceased Jack/Mr. Radio. He moves on.
SECOND FLOOR: Qui-Gon heads upstairs and hears a banging sound. He heads off to check it out at the next corridor.
DISCPLINARY THERAPY CORRIDOR (PLOT POINT - RELEASING SANZO): Encounters a locked door. Sanzo is on the other side. Qui-Gon uses the Force to open the lock and release him.
EXPLORING SECOND FLOOR: Traveling with Sanzo, Qui-Gon eventually ends up here, in an Autopsy Room. Sanzo asks what kind of place this is and is disturbed with the answer Qui-Gon gives. The Jedi Master can feel the death in the room, and Sanzo states what's dead should be left dead. Qui-Gon himself has mixed feelings about this, having been dead himself.
MORGUE: The duo head into the morgue and try to rescue two patients already under attack their (Scar - TLK and Mozenrath - Aladdin). END OF NIGHT SHIFT.
Day 32 - Day Shift
SUN ROOM. With Leon (RE4). Qui-Gon wakes up late still feeling as if he's surrounded by death. Once in the Sun Room, Leon joins him. Qui-Gon offers encouragement, saying Martin Landel isn't infallible.
LUNCH: Joined again by Leon. Leon spots Qui-Gon looking at his commlink notes. The Jedi Master asks Leon about Earth, saying he's curious about the electronics but not saying why. Leon identifies the CD player and casette player and suggests dismantling the patient radios.
MUSIC ROOM: Qui-Gon enters the Music Room, seeing his former student already there. Qui-Gon doesn't approach immediately, content to observe him. They go over the basics of what they need for working commlinks and plan to raid the doctor offices. Obi-Wan says he can come along on a raid.
Day 32 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS: Qui-Gon joins Obi-Wan and they set off for the offices.
EAST WING HALL A: The Jedi check several offices. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day/Night 33 - Qui-Gon was on hiatus for the whole shift.
Day 35 - Day Shift
SUN ROOM: With Tokito. Noticing a pacing Tokito, Qui-Gon asks if he's alright and presents himself as not a threat and explains why they're probably called different names in Landels.
SUN ROM: Qui-Gon concentrates on his plans for commlinks. Solo post.
DINNER: Qui-Gon has dinner and converses with his roommate Vlad, who asks if he knows anything about Doyleton. Qui-Gon tells him what he witnessed and warns him about the nightshift, saying there's a possibility of being trapped in Doyleton or the buses when night falls. Nightshift arrives and they wish each other safety before leaving.
Day 34 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS: Qui-Gon attempts to check up on Obi-Wan and finds he is either not answering his door or is gone for now. Qui-Gon returns to his room, cobbles together some crude commlinks and leaves them in the room for now. Hearing about patients taken for special counseling, Qui-Gon wonders if Obi-Wan was taken and leaves his room into the night.
WEST-WING NORTH HALLWAY 1-A: Qui-Gon senses a presence in distress. He is drawn to it and moves.
MAIN HALLWAY 1-WEST: Qui-Gon moves on.
MAIN HALLWAY 1-CENTER: Outside the Sun Room. Qui-Gon heads inside.
SUN ROOM: Qui-Gon remains on guard. The two in the room at the time (Callisto and SC!Wolverine) aren't fighting but he skirts them to be safe, heading toward the being in distress he sensed in the Force.
CAFETERIA (PLOT POINT - HEALING SANZO): Sanzo is badly injured by Wolverine. Qui-Gon, sensing his distress and pain, tracks him to the cafeteria and kneels down to help. He uses the Force to heal Sanzo partially, although the attempt leaves him severely drained. Sanzo asks what he's doing here and says he didn't call out: Qui-Gon says there are ways of calling out without words and they leave it at that. Sanzo is determined to keep going to the basement despite Qui-Gon's advice to go back to his room and recover after his dangerous injuries. Qui-Gon follows and uses the Force to open up the locks.
KITCHEN: The duo search the kitchen. Qui-Gon senses a darkness coming from the freezer door and directs Sanzo's attention to it.
WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR: They enter the giant freezer, Qui-Gon splitting off to investigate the wisp of darkness he'd felt earlier. Sanzo stumbles upon the entrance to the basement and Qui-Gon, noticing Sanzo is missing, follows at length.
BALLROOM (BASEMENT): They enter the basement and are joined by Callisto, who doesn't seem too spooked about Landels. Sanzo and Callisto argue about the SCer being dead or not (Wolverine), and Qui-Gon tries to keep the peace.
EAST HALL (BASEMENT): Sanzo doggedly continues on, leaving Qui-Gon to follow after. Callisto comes along
HALL OF ARMOR (BASEMENT) (PLOT POINT - TEMPORARY LIGHTSABER): Qui-Gon enters a mysterious room lined with armor, and finds one of the suits holding an electrum lightsaber, indicating there were Jedi before him in Landels. Or Sith: he finds the blade is red when activated. Callisto takes up a sword and both her and Sanzo are curious about the lightsaber.
WEAPONS RANGE (BASEMENT) (PLOT POINT - DROID DUEL): Armed with a red lightsaber, Qui-Gon follows Sanzo into the weapons range...which oddly enough looks like an eerily accurate version of a Jedi training chamber, complete with training droids. Callisto, Sanzo and Qui-Gon are attacked by two droids, one armed with a blue lightsaber, the other a Magnaguard armed with an electrostaff. Qui-Gon takes on the lightsaber droid, accessing the Force as much as he is able despite the toll. The Magnaguard hits Sanzo twice despite being shot, knocking him out and targeting Callisto next. Qui-Gon is occupied with the other droid, struggling to take it out until he manages to trip it up, giving him enough time to impale its control panel with his lightsaber. The Magnaguard knocks down Callisto but Qui-Gon distracts it. Callisto distracts it by throwing a piece of rubble at its head, giving him enough time to slice an arm off. The fight continues until he has enough of an opening to use, slicing it to pieces. Qui-Gon then rushes off to see to Sanzo and Callisto. He's tending to Sanzo and checks up on him and looks up to see Calisto picking up the droid's blue lightsaber - luckily she doesn't hurt herself and gives it back. They leave the room.
THE SPHINX'S CHAMBER: (PLOT POINT - THE SPHINX AND THE SHIELD)Following Callisto from the Weapon's Range, Qui-Gon doesn't head upstairs, knowing there's a guard they'd have to get past who can't be killed and that he can't fight it with himself and Sanzo in this condition. They move down to another door and find themselves in a chamber with the giant Sphinx. The Sphinx presents them with the riddle and he answers it, receiving the Shield Artifact in return and being told about the South Hall. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 35 - Day Shift
BUS 1: Qui-Gon wakes up to find the two lightsabers gone. He thinks about what the Sphinx said and is joined very briefly with Gin, but leaves to go check up on Sanzo.
BUS 1: With Sanzo. Qui-Gon checks up on Sanzo and tells him him what happened in the Jedi Training Chamber, as well as what happened with the Sphinx. Sanzo states the South Hall could be a trap. Qui-Gon acknowledges that but says he will go regardless: he learns, somewhat, about Goku from Sanzo, and they talk about the Master/Padawan relationship. The bus trip ends when they arrive at Doyleton. Qui-Gon leaves, saying he will contact Sanzo again when he can.
MAGUS PARK - Qui-Gon is bumped into by Toph. He notices she is blind. She complains about her shoes and Qui-Gon offers to help her with them. They introduce each other and talk about the Earth Kingdom; they're joined by Obi-Wan.
MAGUS PARK 2 - Moving aside with Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon tells him about what happened last night in the basement, as well as reflecting on his attachment for his fellow Jedi and what it means for Martin Landel to exist in the galaxy. He asks if Obi-Wan can come tonight to investigate the basement.
BUS BACK - With Tony Castaway. Qui-Gon takes the bus back, making the decision that if there is something happening on the bus, he might make a difficult choice. He talks to Tony. They make it back to the Institute safely.
DINNER - With roomie Vlad Masters. Talking with Vlad, he also makes the discovery of finding his Jedi clothes suddenly in the closet (received from Oktoberfest '07).
Day 35 - Nightshift
M41-M50 Hall - Gathering his things, and dressing in his Jedi clothes, Qui-Gon sets off, having left a message on the bulletin for group (Sanzo, Callisto, Goku and Obi-Wan) requesting they meet to further investigate the basement. Qui-Gon travels until he's before the Sun Room. He pauses and then enters.
SUN ROOM - Meeting up with the group, Qui-Gon urges them on, saying it's dangerous to idle in one spot. There's no time for introductions.
CAFETERIA: Both Sanzo and Qui-Gon notice there's no evidence of blood on the floor tonight. Qui-Gon sizes up his companions, noting Callisto is a wild-card and the group moves on.
KITCHEN - Almost there. Qui-Gon can feel that sense of evil and darkness coming from the freezer door even this far away and notes it's like being in the presence of Darth Maul.
Walk-In Refrigerator: Entering the freezer, Qui-Gon takes the lead and locates the discolored tile that is the entrance for the Basement. Setting it inside, he lowers himself in and the others do the same.
BALLROOM (BASEMENT) - The group finally enters the basement. Qui-Gon asks if everyone's ready. With Callisto's Sword Artifact and his own Shield Artifact, they set it in the South Door and it opens, letting them into the South Hall.
SOUTH HALL (BASEMENT): (PLOT POINT - THE BLOOD SACRIFICE) The hall is dark and small, unlike the east and west ones. Sanzo makes the discovery of the final door, which has a snake sculpture with fangs and an engraving stating only two who sacrifice blood may pass. Pulling Obi-Wan aside, Qui-Gon asks for his input and is startled when Obi-Wan volunteers. Goku blocks Callisto from pricking her finger, Sanzo (fed up with everything), pricks his. Turning back to Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon knows he can't argue with the other Jedi and instead gives him one of the makeshift commlinks, letting him go in more ways than one. The other Jedi accepts, also sensing something different in Qui-Gon. Obi-Wan pricks his finger and everyone blacks out.
COLISEUM (BASEMENT): (PLOT POINT - MORTAL COMBAT)The Coliseum event is split into three threads: the ARENA FLOOR, the STANDS, and the HEAD DOCTOR'S SEAT (certain characters can jump threads). Obi-Wan and Sanzo revive on the arena floor to find they're back with full powers and all their equipment: Sanzo is reunited with his sutra and Obi-Wan realizes the lightsaber he has is the one he had back on Naboo before Landels took him - Qui-Gon's. Qui-Gon, Goku and Callisto come to in the viewing stands and Goku makes the discovery they can't escape. The Head Doctor makes his appearance in his own seat and describes the purpose of the Coliseum: Sanzo and Obi-Wan must fight to the death or those closet to them will suffer painful consequences for each minute they resist. Obi-Wan tries to reason with Martin Landel and, speaking to Qui-Gon on his commlink, the two Jedi come to the realization he can't be negotiated with. Goku and Qui-Gon are penalized for the first minute: Goku suddenly starts bleeding and Qui-Gon suddenly feels as if there's a phantom lightsaber hovering over his lightsaber wound from Naboo. Callisto looks on, interested and tries to switch sides to join with Martin Landel, who doesn't fall for it. Still feeling a burning sensation hovering over his old wound, Qui-Gon seeks to help Goku with his injury. During this, Sanzo retreats, realizing how cornered he is and that he might have no choice about this but to fight. Ever the Jedi, Obi-Wan tries to reason one more time with Martin Landel. Sanzo starts the fight and its on as their comrades watch. Sanzo uses his pistol and sutra, and Obi-Wan his lightsaber and the Force. Eventually Obi-Wan kills Sanzo, by impaling him through the stomach. Martin Landel applauds Obi-Wan, tells them that everyone present can go to the North Doors and they're warped back to the South Hall. Nightshift ends.
Day 36 - Dayshift
CHAPEL - with Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon reflects on what happened last night and Obi-Wan sits with him. They talk about last night and Qui-Gon asks who, exactly, he was fighting for when he killed Sanzo. Obi-Wan doesn't lie and says he fought for the exact same reason he fought for back on Naboo. Qui-Gon warns him against that kind of attachment when he uses his lightsaber. The Jedi agree to separate for now and work on their own.
CAFETERIA - With Callist. Qui-Gon gets an unwanted visitor. Callisto asks if the Jedi are a "religious" sect, Qui-Gon says the Jedi are "peacekeepers".
PATIENT LIBRARY - Solo. Qui-Gon notices Obi-Wan's warning on the message board and understands why he's being vague about who was in the basement.
Day 36 - Nightshift
Nightshift - with Leon. He encounters Leon and shows him his map. Qui-Gon notices his companion seems to be ill and keeps an eye on him as they travel upstairs. They got to the Pharmacy, where Qui-Gon nabs some Earthian medicines in anticipation for the North Door. They head out to find the morgue but nightshift ends.
Day 37 - Day shift
Breakfast - with Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon tells Obi-Wan he's collected some medicine. They agree to try the basement this nightshift: the plan is to meet outside the patient blocks.
Dinner - with Vlad. Qui-Gon decides to tell Vlad about their plans to the basement, reasoning that if things go badly, someone needs to know of their whereabouts. Qui-Gon tells Vlad about his journal and to give it to another Jedi if he doesn't come back. Qui-Gon disappears this nightshift (will be on hiatus for a month or more OOCly for him)
Day 19 - Day Shift
DAWN(PLOT POINT - ARRIVAL): Qui-Gon wakes up and is considerably surprised to find himself alive despite the events on Naboo. Believing Landels to be a genuine medical facility, Qui-Gon leaves his room peacefully. He is stunned to realize that he can't see the staff through the Force - he chalks this up to his terrible wounds, however.
BREAKFAST: Noticing that Landels is lacking in non-human patients, Qui-Gon is deposited in the cafeteria with Vincent, Cid, and Hojo. He tries to keep the peace. [Vincent, Cid, Hojo]
LUNCH (HALLOWEEN): Having been forced to rest for a shift or two, Qui-Gon manages to make it to lunch and chats briefly with Inara and Kaylee. [Inara, Kayle]

Qui-Gon didn't venture out, and instead slept during the night.
Day 20 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST {PLOT POINT - REUNION WITH OBI-WAN): Qui-Gon wakes up determined to feel better, and heads off to eat breakfast. Obi-Wan Kenobi stumbles upon the Master he thought was dead and Qui-Gon is eventually brought up to speed on what has happened: namely, that he was supposed to be dead and did die on Naboo. He finally learns the truth about Landels and realizes that it isn't just the simple medical facility he thought it was.[Obi-Wan]
ARTS AND CRAFTS: Keeping Obi-Wan's words in mind, Qui-Gon mingles with the other patients, noting Azel's particular signature in the Force. He talks briefly with Azel, Kaoru, and Renji. They briefly discuss other planets.[Azel, Kaoru, Renji]
THERAPY (STEGMAN): Qui-Gon attends his first therapy session, and is given a close story of his own life, yet without any real specifics. Stegman decides that telling Qui-Gon of the fate of his "student" is best left to another time.
LUNCH (PLOT POINT): Approaching Obi-Wan for lunch, Qui-Gon can't help but notice how his former Padawan has grown into a mature young Jedi. He describes to Obi-Wan what "therapy" consisted of and brings up the matter of the Force and needing meditation on their problems accessing it.[Obi-Wan]
ARTS AND CRAFTS: While Obi-Wan is in his own therapy session, Qui-Gon meditates.
Day 20 - Night Shift
Beginning of NS(PLOT POINT): Qui-Gon starts his journal addressed to Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan visits his room, coming with the troubling story of a Republic "clone trooper" approaching him. Qui-Gon is a bit leery about this news. Together they attempt to meditate in order to connect to the Force.
COURTYARD: Wandering into the courtyard, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are attacked by giant squirrels: they are saved by arrival of Claire and Wesker.
Day 21 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Fresh off his first nightshift in Landels, Qui-Gon muses on how strange it is to wake up suddenly. He meets a young boy named Ari, also new, and tries to warn him on the dangers of nightshift. Ari asks about the Republic and Qui-Gon tells him about the galaxy and hyperspace travel.
LIBRARY (PLOT POINT): Qui-Gon meets up with Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan is preoccupied with his "dead" Master and the conversations they had up to Naboo. Qui-Gon, as well, is thinking about Naboo and the ramifications of him being alive, as well as on Anakin Skywalker, as well as admitting he might have formed an attachment to Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan reveals they were located on a planet called "Earth", in a place called "New Jersey". Obi-Wan checks up on Qui-Gon and they discuss escape plans amongst the book shelves.
LUNCH: Qui-Gon has lunch with Renji and Eric Draven as a collection of "dead guys". They talk about how the dead walk here in Landels, Qui-Gon is disturbed to realize he had been one with the Force only to be snatched back. Renji brings up a "chain of fate", and they talk about "reitsu" and the Force, as well as the concept of balance. Renji brings up an alchemist for getting weapons.
Day 21 - Night Shift
Beginning of NS - Qui-Gon runs into Ari again. They're joined by Obi-Wan, but their reunion is interrupted by an enormous spider. The two Jedi band together to protect Ari, Qui-Gon trying to mind-trick the spider into abandoning its prey and feels a disturbing sense of "void" in the Force when he attempts and fails. Obi-Wan drives off the spider, defending his Master, and Ari, Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and a newcommer (Epros) make sure everyone isn't too badly hurt. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day 22 - Day Shift
CHAPEL - Qui-Gon joins Azel and Soujirou in the Chapel; all the patients are gathered there for a "surprise" from the man behind the intercom. Qui-Gon offers his assistance to both, instructing Azel that the first step to facing a problem is to investigate and ask questions in order to gather information. Azel speaks of being brainwashed (SC) and Qui-Gon offers support, though he is disturbed by this news.
CHAPEL 2 - HEAD DOCTOR APPEARANCE (PLOT POINT - HEAD DOCTOR): The Head Doctor Martin Landel puts in a personal appearance in the Chapel. Qui-Gon is intensely disturbed by the man, unable to describe what he sees except to call him a "wound in the Force", a sense of void without light, eating away at the Force. Qui-Gon comes to the conclusion this man could be an enemy to both Sith and Jedi.
BRUNCH: Qui-Gon is preoccupied with what he witnessed in the Chapel. Two patients join him at the table (Reinforce and Yohji).Qui-Gon is unable to use the Force after being in close proximity to Martin Landel. Reinforce bluntly singles him out for his age, noting he's far older than the average patient. Qui-Gon reflects on his age and Obi-Wan, and says he is from Coruscant. He explains it's a planet covered by one entire city and is faced with the reaction of incredulity, as if it's impossible for there to be other planets out there.
COURTYARD: Meets Gin from BLEACH. Qui-Gon fills him in on Landels and also says he doesn't think immediate escape is the real solution. Their conversation is crashed by Ichigo, who says not to trust Gin. Qui-Gon suggests the two leave their previous differences aside in order to work together here in Landels. As the two argue, Qui-Gon takes his leave, jumping threads to here.
LIBRARY : Qui-Gon senses something amiss after a cryptic bulletin board post by Renji. He meets Renji who introduces Rukia. They discuss the odd aura about Martin Landel and Qui-Gon says he saw chaos incarnate in Landel. Qui-Gon's advice is to continue to investigate Landels and this mysterious planet, saying "one step at a time". Gin and Ichigo are brought up and Renji vows to kill Gin. Qui-Gon states that, as a Jedi, he will stop Renji if he tries to murder Gin but states he is not his enemy.
Day 22 - Night Shift
Beginning of NS (Qui-Gon's room) (PLOT POINT - ANAKIN): Obi-Wan meets Qui-Gon in his room and they set off. Obi-Wan is distressed, saying his visitor had been Anakin Skywalker. Qui-Gon is startled, expecting anything but that, and Obi-Wan says that while he was called "Andrew" by the staff, he believes this might have been the real Anakin. Their conversation is interrupted by a large scorpion, forcing the Jedi to retreat back to Qui-Gon's room.
QUI-GON'S ROOM (PLOT POINT - ANAKIN): Trapped in the room by the scorpion outside, they decide to air out their differences. Obi-Wan is concerned about Anakin and they discuss the possibility he'd been taken just as they had and, perhaps, had been here long enough to be brainwashed. They talk about brainwashing and losing memories, both thinking of that time years ago on Phindar: it's possible to retain them even during a mind-wipe, but they both know it's no easy task. Obi-Wan warns Qui-Gon as well about his telepathic roommate, Schuldig. Sensing it's safe to move on, the two Jedi arm themselves with chairs and head out.
2ND FLOOR: They head upstairs and are confronted with an awful stench. They move on until they are stopped by a locked door. Both Jedi try to open it and fail. While they are standing by the door, Obi-Wan is ambushed by a living shadow; the phantasm eats away at his willpower, leaving Qui-Gon worried and Obi-Wan less and less responsive. Qui-Gon hurriedly pulls him away, far enough from the phantasm, and Obi-Wan begins to recover. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 23 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Qui-Gon wakes up in his bed, and becomes angry at how his Padawan had been almost taken by darkness. He forces himself to overcome the anger and compose himself before heading off to the morning meal. He meets Raven from Teen Titans.
MALE SHOWERS: Qui-Gon catches up to Obi-Wan in the showers. He asks if the young man is alright and the two discuss more plans. Qui-Gon states he wants to discuss as well the matter of escape as they finish up with the showers.
SUN ROOM (PLOT POINT - QUI-GON'S FINAL MISSION): They move into the Sun Room. Qui-Gon tells Obi-Wan he believes it wouldn't be a good idea to escape just because an opportunity presents itself, regretting the matter of balance he had to make back on Tatooine between Anakin and his mother. Feeling uncomfortable with making such a choice again, Qui-Gon also knows that Martin Landel is a danger if he keeps consuming the Force as he has so far already. Obi-Wan is understandably not happy with his Master's decision. Qui-Gon says he will stay but aid Obi-Wan's escape in any way his can. Obi-Wan vows he won't leave unless Qui-Gon is with him.
LUNCH: With Cletus Kasady. Qui-Gon ponders about his conversation with Obi-Wan. He also runs into Kasady, startled at how bright his presence is in the Force, as he is two beings instead of one. Kasady tells him he's in the USA, in New Jersey to be exact.
Day 23 - Night Shift: Qui-Gon sleeps in.
Day 24 - Day Shift
LUNCH: Qui-Gon is contacted on the message board by Renji. He eats lunch with Max (Dark Angel). They discuss what happened to the patients who came before them. Max pegs him as not being an Earthian, pointing out his hair. Qui-Gon is confused, but changes the subject, asking about what she knows about Earth. She tells him everything she knows about her Earth.
RECREATIONAL FIELD Qui-Gon takes a walk in the recreational field and runs into Elfangor (Animorphs). He explains Elfangor is a prisoner and introduces him to Renji, seeing him idling by. Elfangor asks a lot of questions, asking if they've heard of Yeerks and Andalites, describing the Yeerks and their ability to take over people, leaving Qui-Gon wondering if Obi-Wan might have been taken over. Disturbed by this, Qui-Gon advises Elfangor to watch what kind of questions he asks in the future.
Day 24 - Night Shift
M41-M50 HALL: Qui-Gon sets out immediately to find Obi-Wan, wanting to make sure he's not controlled by a Yeerk. Finding Obi-Wan, he invades his privacy with the Force, verifying with it that there is only Obi-Wan and not a Yeerk in there. Qui-Gon tells Obi-Wan about a possible new threat on Earth, saying the Yeerks are another problem they must be aware of, and then apologizes for scanning Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon reflects on trust, thinking to how he's been with Obi-Wan for so many years now and trusts him above all others. Obi-Wan tells him about Artemis Fowl and Qui-Gon decides to meet him. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day 25 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: With Elfangor. Qui-Gon asks to know more about the Yeerks and Andalites, asking if there's a way to detect a Controller and remove a Yeerk from its host.
GREENHOUSE: With ZEX. He studies the plant life in the Greenhouse and asks if ZEX is familiar with any of them. Qui-Gon asks if ZEX remembers how he came to be here but isn't terribly surprised not to be able to get a real answer, aside from it seems he's come back from the dead as Qui-Gon himself has.
Day 25 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NIGHTSHIFT (PLOT POINT - OBI-WAN'S KNIGHTING): Qui-Gon comes for Obi-Wan, but feels distress from his Padawan. Wondering what could have made his friend feel like this, he sees soon enough the reason why: a nurse at Landels has cut off his rank braid. Qui-Gon states it's time - Obi-Wan Kenobi is to be a Jedi Knight, no longer a Padawan Learner. While it's unusual for a Knighting to happen out in the field, Qui-Gon takes it upon himself to Knight Obi-Wan and carries out an improvised and personalized version of the ceremony. Obi-Wan gives him his rank braid to keep, leaving Qui-Gon honored. The two then decide to go looking for better weapons and supplies.
ON THE MOVE - NEAR SUN ROOM: They keep moving and enter the Sun Room, passing it to go into here. They search the kitchen and come up with a few utensils, all metal. They gather them. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 26 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST : With Chloe. Qui-Gon wakes up in bed with the pillow case of materials. He hides them just before the nurse arrives to escort him to the cafeteria. He notices a new patient, Chloe, and tries to comfort her, informing her about Landels. She believes she is insane and so is everyone else, despite Qui-Gon's advice. Qui-Gon leaves to speak to Obi-Wan and Artemis Fowl (PLOT POINT - GIVEN MAPS). Approaching the two, Qui-Gon adjusts to the missing rank braid (which he now wears as a bracelet) and the fact Obi-Wan is now an official Jedi Knight. He meets Artemis and the boy helps them by giving them two maps. They discuss what they know about Martin Landel and Alec Doyle.
SHOWERS: Qui-Gon bathes in the group showers and speaks with Gin.
GAME ROOM: Qui-Gon thinks about Obi-Wan's first day as an official Jedi Knight. He is also still curious about Earth and examines the board game boxes, joined by Sparda (Devil May Cry), who asks what they are. Qui-Gon hazards a guess.
Day 26 - Night Shift
NIGHTSHIFT: Encountering a distraught Claire (Heroes) outside, Qui-Gon stops to comfort her. She asks if he knows about another patient called RC (Darman - SW Republic Commando) and he is sad to admit he hasn't, but tells her not to give up hope. He ushers her inside and asks what she was doing out there. She tells him her problems, including the missing Darman, and he says he will help search. He walks her over to Wesker. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 27 - Day Shift
LUNCH: With Mark and Dairine. Qui-Gon reflects on Claire's loss, knowing that there's a slim chance can be found. Mark joins him and Dairine hears him introduce himself as Qui-Gon and fangirls over him. Qui-Gon takes it in a stride.
LIBRARY: With Kratos and Dairine. Kratos bumps literally into Qui-Gon browsing the shelves and Dairine introduces herself.
Day 27 - Night Shift
BEGiNNING OF NS: Qui-Gon is visited by Obi-Wan. Breaking off his meditation, Qui-Gon explains why he didn't meet with his former student the night before and also thinks about a new understanding of the Force, true understanding. They talk about the mystery of Earth and how they seem to know about their galaxy and yet have had no contact or notable space travel. They head outside for the shed out on the recreational field. END OF NS.
Day 28
MAGNUS PARK (Field Trip): Dressed in Earthian clothes, Qui-Gon meets up with Obi-Wan once the buses have stopped in Doyleton, giving them their first look of Earth beyond the Institute. They find it full of life and not barren and having a startling lack of air traffic. They set off to investigate as a team in order to gather information about Earth. Their first glimpse isn't encouraging in regards to means of escape.
BLACK ROCK INN (Field Trip): They check out the inn. Obi-Wan observes how rustic is appears inside and Qui-Gon notices the complete lack of droids.
PET SUPPLY PLACE (Field Trip): The Jedi see a horse for the first time and wonder if it's a sentient being. They're approached by the horse's owner and given a little information.
T&M ELECTRONICS (Field Trip): A better glimpse at Earthian electronics. Qui-Gon studies them to see if they could be jury rigged into commlinks.
BUS 2 (Field Trip): Qui-Gon is led back to the buses that will be heading back to Doyleton. Qui-Gon appreciates the nature and life around him, noting the Force in the trees and in Fancy the Horse, reflecting that the Force is his ally. Argilla joins him on the bus, who says she's surprised at how much vegetation there is in town.
Day 28 - Night Shift
BUS 2: Nightshift descends outside of Landels, with the staff on the bus mutating. Qui-Gon feels in his core the corruption at work here, feeling the Force being manipulated. Acting quickly, he moves to help the patients out of the bus and heads for a panicking Ritsuka, intending to help him by pushing him toward an exit instead of standing there screaming. His friend Soubi mistakes Qui-Gon for attacking him and hits him. Qui-Gon insists he's trying to help and oversees the two's escape, helped along with Max.
OUTSIDE THE BUSES: Max, Soubi and Qui-Gon protect Ritsuka, Qui-Gon bringing up the rear. Outside the aquila are flocking and attacking.
ENTRY ROOM: The group manages to get inside Landels and Max leads them back to the patient blocks. Qui-Gon leaves the group. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 29 - Day Shift
CHAPEL: Qui-Gon meditates alone and contemplates the plan to make a commlink.
BRUNCH: Qui-Gon eats brunch with Obi-Wan. They talk about last night and helping the other patients escape the bus death traps, as well as the monstrous changes in the staff. They both agree that the staff are victims and not responsible for their changes and are most likely unaware of them, which changes things. Qui-Gon informs Obi-Wan about his plan to make commlinks so they can investigate separately and still keep in contact.
CAFETERIA: Reading Sherlock Holmes, Qui-Gon meets Luffy (One Piece). Luffy asks where he's from and Qui-Gon says he's from Coruscant, leaving Luffy amazed at the idea of being beyond the clouds and from the stars.
Day 29 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS: Qui-Gon plans to investigate the doctor offices for any commlink materials and runs into Sanzo (Saiyuki). The monk is looking at a map and Qui-Gon offers to help fill any blanks if he can and they give each other their names as they move. Sanzo's never heard of Coruscant, but he's heard of the Republic from another patient.
MAIN HALLWAY 1-CENTER: They're joined by Obi-Wan, who brings news of a new lead: Mr. Radio had left a cryptic message saying he's "bearing gifts". The trio follow the directions through the Sun Room.
PATIENT LIBRARY (PLOT POINT - KNIVES): And come face to face with Mr. Radio. Sanzo is quick tempered with the man, who is not impressed. Qui-Gon requests information and any help he can give. Sanzo is, of course, angry and Qui-Gon uses the Force to calm him down, which Sanzo is surprised to sense. Mr. Radio gives Sanzo a gun with ammo and cigarettes, and the two Jedi real knives. NIGHT SHIFT ENDS.
Day 30 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Qui-Gon conceals his new knife before heading out for breakfast. He encounters Sanzo from before who demands to know what Qui-Gon did to him last night and Qui-Gon admits he used the Force on him, explaining it as a universal spirit (in Earthian terms) and apologizes. Sanzo correctly identifies him as a Jedi, surprisingly Qui-Gon. [Interrupted by a riot in the cafeteria]
SHOWERS: Qui-Gon showers and meets Claude (Star Ocean 2). He questions him about Earth and tells him Landels can take people from death, admitting he was one such individual.
PATIENT LIBRARY: Qui-Gon tracks down Sanzo, wanting to know about this possible Jedi who'd been here earlier. Qui-Gon notices that Sanzo might possibly be a Force Sensitive himself. Sanzo identifies himself as a priest and questions Qui-Gon on his ability with the Force to influence people: the Jedi Master admits it's only a tool and its use or abuse depends on the individual. They share their differing views on non-attachment, Qui-Gon stating it's possible to have compassionate non-attachment, explaining a Jedi's life of service and the dangers of the dark side.
Day 30 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS (PLOT POINT - MR. RADIO KILLED): Qui-Gon meditates, feeling the dark side of the Force stronger than usual tonight and taking in the gloating of Martin Landel, who says he killed the man behind the radio. Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan meet up, confirm they're okay, and agree to wait on going into th basement without preparation. They move out.
M-B BLOCK HALL: They discuss Mr. Radio's murder. Qui-Gon doubts he was working alone, Obi-Wan saying they'll have to wait and see if others are ready to step in his place. Moving on, Obi-Wan talks about a patient who said her brother turned into a creature at night. Qui-Gon decides to look for Anakin's file if he can.
HALLWAY 1-CENTER: They passing into the Sun Room to get to the music room.
MUSIC ROOM: Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan make it inside. They steal some of the electronics for the commlink plan. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day 31 - Day Shift
BREAKFAST: Alone, Qui-Gon eats breakfast and plots out the commlink they hope to make.
LIBRARY: Qui-Gon searches again the Earthian books, looking for more information on the planet and its people. He runs into Saetan doing the same thing.
LUNCH: Gin approaches him and tells him he's sorted things out with Renji. Qui-Gon is glad to have the peace kept.
GAME ROOM: Qui-Gon again looks at the games, trying to get more of an insight on the Earthians and their culture. Solo post.
DINNER (PLOT POINT - THE NEW ROOMATE): Qui-Gon meets his new roommate, his old one having vanished. The new roommate is Vlad Masters (Danny Phantom) who asks if he's like a teacher. Qui-Gon says in a way he is: Vlad recognizes him as a Jedi. He asks what Vlad does for a living. He states he's a businessman.
Day 31 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS (PLOT POINT - JILL REPLACES JACK): Qui-Gon hears Martin Landel's rant against Jill, a mysterious female voice who's replaced the deceased Jack/Mr. Radio. He moves on.
SECOND FLOOR: Qui-Gon heads upstairs and hears a banging sound. He heads off to check it out at the next corridor.
DISCPLINARY THERAPY CORRIDOR (PLOT POINT - RELEASING SANZO): Encounters a locked door. Sanzo is on the other side. Qui-Gon uses the Force to open the lock and release him.
EXPLORING SECOND FLOOR: Traveling with Sanzo, Qui-Gon eventually ends up here, in an Autopsy Room. Sanzo asks what kind of place this is and is disturbed with the answer Qui-Gon gives. The Jedi Master can feel the death in the room, and Sanzo states what's dead should be left dead. Qui-Gon himself has mixed feelings about this, having been dead himself.
MORGUE: The duo head into the morgue and try to rescue two patients already under attack their (Scar - TLK and Mozenrath - Aladdin). END OF NIGHT SHIFT.
Day 32 - Day Shift
SUN ROOM. With Leon (RE4). Qui-Gon wakes up late still feeling as if he's surrounded by death. Once in the Sun Room, Leon joins him. Qui-Gon offers encouragement, saying Martin Landel isn't infallible.
LUNCH: Joined again by Leon. Leon spots Qui-Gon looking at his commlink notes. The Jedi Master asks Leon about Earth, saying he's curious about the electronics but not saying why. Leon identifies the CD player and casette player and suggests dismantling the patient radios.
MUSIC ROOM: Qui-Gon enters the Music Room, seeing his former student already there. Qui-Gon doesn't approach immediately, content to observe him. They go over the basics of what they need for working commlinks and plan to raid the doctor offices. Obi-Wan says he can come along on a raid.
Day 32 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS: Qui-Gon joins Obi-Wan and they set off for the offices.
EAST WING HALL A: The Jedi check several offices. END OF NIGHTSHIFT.
Day/Night 33 - Qui-Gon was on hiatus for the whole shift.
Day 35 - Day Shift
SUN ROOM: With Tokito. Noticing a pacing Tokito, Qui-Gon asks if he's alright and presents himself as not a threat and explains why they're probably called different names in Landels.
SUN ROM: Qui-Gon concentrates on his plans for commlinks. Solo post.
DINNER: Qui-Gon has dinner and converses with his roommate Vlad, who asks if he knows anything about Doyleton. Qui-Gon tells him what he witnessed and warns him about the nightshift, saying there's a possibility of being trapped in Doyleton or the buses when night falls. Nightshift arrives and they wish each other safety before leaving.
Day 34 - Night Shift
BEGINNING OF NS: Qui-Gon attempts to check up on Obi-Wan and finds he is either not answering his door or is gone for now. Qui-Gon returns to his room, cobbles together some crude commlinks and leaves them in the room for now. Hearing about patients taken for special counseling, Qui-Gon wonders if Obi-Wan was taken and leaves his room into the night.
WEST-WING NORTH HALLWAY 1-A: Qui-Gon senses a presence in distress. He is drawn to it and moves.
MAIN HALLWAY 1-WEST: Qui-Gon moves on.
MAIN HALLWAY 1-CENTER: Outside the Sun Room. Qui-Gon heads inside.
SUN ROOM: Qui-Gon remains on guard. The two in the room at the time (Callisto and SC!Wolverine) aren't fighting but he skirts them to be safe, heading toward the being in distress he sensed in the Force.
CAFETERIA (PLOT POINT - HEALING SANZO): Sanzo is badly injured by Wolverine. Qui-Gon, sensing his distress and pain, tracks him to the cafeteria and kneels down to help. He uses the Force to heal Sanzo partially, although the attempt leaves him severely drained. Sanzo asks what he's doing here and says he didn't call out: Qui-Gon says there are ways of calling out without words and they leave it at that. Sanzo is determined to keep going to the basement despite Qui-Gon's advice to go back to his room and recover after his dangerous injuries. Qui-Gon follows and uses the Force to open up the locks.
KITCHEN: The duo search the kitchen. Qui-Gon senses a darkness coming from the freezer door and directs Sanzo's attention to it.
WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR: They enter the giant freezer, Qui-Gon splitting off to investigate the wisp of darkness he'd felt earlier. Sanzo stumbles upon the entrance to the basement and Qui-Gon, noticing Sanzo is missing, follows at length.
BALLROOM (BASEMENT): They enter the basement and are joined by Callisto, who doesn't seem too spooked about Landels. Sanzo and Callisto argue about the SCer being dead or not (Wolverine), and Qui-Gon tries to keep the peace.
EAST HALL (BASEMENT): Sanzo doggedly continues on, leaving Qui-Gon to follow after. Callisto comes along
HALL OF ARMOR (BASEMENT) (PLOT POINT - TEMPORARY LIGHTSABER): Qui-Gon enters a mysterious room lined with armor, and finds one of the suits holding an electrum lightsaber, indicating there were Jedi before him in Landels. Or Sith: he finds the blade is red when activated. Callisto takes up a sword and both her and Sanzo are curious about the lightsaber.
WEAPONS RANGE (BASEMENT) (PLOT POINT - DROID DUEL): Armed with a red lightsaber, Qui-Gon follows Sanzo into the weapons range...which oddly enough looks like an eerily accurate version of a Jedi training chamber, complete with training droids. Callisto, Sanzo and Qui-Gon are attacked by two droids, one armed with a blue lightsaber, the other a Magnaguard armed with an electrostaff. Qui-Gon takes on the lightsaber droid, accessing the Force as much as he is able despite the toll. The Magnaguard hits Sanzo twice despite being shot, knocking him out and targeting Callisto next. Qui-Gon is occupied with the other droid, struggling to take it out until he manages to trip it up, giving him enough time to impale its control panel with his lightsaber. The Magnaguard knocks down Callisto but Qui-Gon distracts it. Callisto distracts it by throwing a piece of rubble at its head, giving him enough time to slice an arm off. The fight continues until he has enough of an opening to use, slicing it to pieces. Qui-Gon then rushes off to see to Sanzo and Callisto. He's tending to Sanzo and checks up on him and looks up to see Calisto picking up the droid's blue lightsaber - luckily she doesn't hurt herself and gives it back. They leave the room.
THE SPHINX'S CHAMBER: (PLOT POINT - THE SPHINX AND THE SHIELD)Following Callisto from the Weapon's Range, Qui-Gon doesn't head upstairs, knowing there's a guard they'd have to get past who can't be killed and that he can't fight it with himself and Sanzo in this condition. They move down to another door and find themselves in a chamber with the giant Sphinx. The Sphinx presents them with the riddle and he answers it, receiving the Shield Artifact in return and being told about the South Hall. NIGHTSHIFT ENDS.
Day 35 - Day Shift
BUS 1: Qui-Gon wakes up to find the two lightsabers gone. He thinks about what the Sphinx said and is joined very briefly with Gin, but leaves to go check up on Sanzo.
BUS 1: With Sanzo. Qui-Gon checks up on Sanzo and tells him him what happened in the Jedi Training Chamber, as well as what happened with the Sphinx. Sanzo states the South Hall could be a trap. Qui-Gon acknowledges that but says he will go regardless: he learns, somewhat, about Goku from Sanzo, and they talk about the Master/Padawan relationship. The bus trip ends when they arrive at Doyleton. Qui-Gon leaves, saying he will contact Sanzo again when he can.
MAGUS PARK - Qui-Gon is bumped into by Toph. He notices she is blind. She complains about her shoes and Qui-Gon offers to help her with them. They introduce each other and talk about the Earth Kingdom; they're joined by Obi-Wan.
MAGUS PARK 2 - Moving aside with Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon tells him about what happened last night in the basement, as well as reflecting on his attachment for his fellow Jedi and what it means for Martin Landel to exist in the galaxy. He asks if Obi-Wan can come tonight to investigate the basement.
BUS BACK - With Tony Castaway. Qui-Gon takes the bus back, making the decision that if there is something happening on the bus, he might make a difficult choice. He talks to Tony. They make it back to the Institute safely.
DINNER - With roomie Vlad Masters. Talking with Vlad, he also makes the discovery of finding his Jedi clothes suddenly in the closet (received from Oktoberfest '07).
Day 35 - Nightshift
M41-M50 Hall - Gathering his things, and dressing in his Jedi clothes, Qui-Gon sets off, having left a message on the bulletin for group (Sanzo, Callisto, Goku and Obi-Wan) requesting they meet to further investigate the basement. Qui-Gon travels until he's before the Sun Room. He pauses and then enters.
SUN ROOM - Meeting up with the group, Qui-Gon urges them on, saying it's dangerous to idle in one spot. There's no time for introductions.
CAFETERIA: Both Sanzo and Qui-Gon notice there's no evidence of blood on the floor tonight. Qui-Gon sizes up his companions, noting Callisto is a wild-card and the group moves on.
KITCHEN - Almost there. Qui-Gon can feel that sense of evil and darkness coming from the freezer door even this far away and notes it's like being in the presence of Darth Maul.
Walk-In Refrigerator: Entering the freezer, Qui-Gon takes the lead and locates the discolored tile that is the entrance for the Basement. Setting it inside, he lowers himself in and the others do the same.
BALLROOM (BASEMENT) - The group finally enters the basement. Qui-Gon asks if everyone's ready. With Callisto's Sword Artifact and his own Shield Artifact, they set it in the South Door and it opens, letting them into the South Hall.
SOUTH HALL (BASEMENT): (PLOT POINT - THE BLOOD SACRIFICE) The hall is dark and small, unlike the east and west ones. Sanzo makes the discovery of the final door, which has a snake sculpture with fangs and an engraving stating only two who sacrifice blood may pass. Pulling Obi-Wan aside, Qui-Gon asks for his input and is startled when Obi-Wan volunteers. Goku blocks Callisto from pricking her finger, Sanzo (fed up with everything), pricks his. Turning back to Obi-Wan, Qui-Gon knows he can't argue with the other Jedi and instead gives him one of the makeshift commlinks, letting him go in more ways than one. The other Jedi accepts, also sensing something different in Qui-Gon. Obi-Wan pricks his finger and everyone blacks out.
COLISEUM (BASEMENT): (PLOT POINT - MORTAL COMBAT)The Coliseum event is split into three threads: the ARENA FLOOR, the STANDS, and the HEAD DOCTOR'S SEAT (certain characters can jump threads). Obi-Wan and Sanzo revive on the arena floor to find they're back with full powers and all their equipment: Sanzo is reunited with his sutra and Obi-Wan realizes the lightsaber he has is the one he had back on Naboo before Landels took him - Qui-Gon's. Qui-Gon, Goku and Callisto come to in the viewing stands and Goku makes the discovery they can't escape. The Head Doctor makes his appearance in his own seat and describes the purpose of the Coliseum: Sanzo and Obi-Wan must fight to the death or those closet to them will suffer painful consequences for each minute they resist. Obi-Wan tries to reason with Martin Landel and, speaking to Qui-Gon on his commlink, the two Jedi come to the realization he can't be negotiated with. Goku and Qui-Gon are penalized for the first minute: Goku suddenly starts bleeding and Qui-Gon suddenly feels as if there's a phantom lightsaber hovering over his lightsaber wound from Naboo. Callisto looks on, interested and tries to switch sides to join with Martin Landel, who doesn't fall for it. Still feeling a burning sensation hovering over his old wound, Qui-Gon seeks to help Goku with his injury. During this, Sanzo retreats, realizing how cornered he is and that he might have no choice about this but to fight. Ever the Jedi, Obi-Wan tries to reason one more time with Martin Landel. Sanzo starts the fight and its on as their comrades watch. Sanzo uses his pistol and sutra, and Obi-Wan his lightsaber and the Force. Eventually Obi-Wan kills Sanzo, by impaling him through the stomach. Martin Landel applauds Obi-Wan, tells them that everyone present can go to the North Doors and they're warped back to the South Hall. Nightshift ends.
Day 36 - Dayshift
CHAPEL - with Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon reflects on what happened last night and Obi-Wan sits with him. They talk about last night and Qui-Gon asks who, exactly, he was fighting for when he killed Sanzo. Obi-Wan doesn't lie and says he fought for the exact same reason he fought for back on Naboo. Qui-Gon warns him against that kind of attachment when he uses his lightsaber. The Jedi agree to separate for now and work on their own.
CAFETERIA - With Callist. Qui-Gon gets an unwanted visitor. Callisto asks if the Jedi are a "religious" sect, Qui-Gon says the Jedi are "peacekeepers".
PATIENT LIBRARY - Solo. Qui-Gon notices Obi-Wan's warning on the message board and understands why he's being vague about who was in the basement.
Day 36 - Nightshift
Nightshift - with Leon. He encounters Leon and shows him his map. Qui-Gon notices his companion seems to be ill and keeps an eye on him as they travel upstairs. They got to the Pharmacy, where Qui-Gon nabs some Earthian medicines in anticipation for the North Door. They head out to find the morgue but nightshift ends.
Day 37 - Day shift
Breakfast - with Obi-Wan. Qui-Gon tells Obi-Wan he's collected some medicine. They agree to try the basement this nightshift: the plan is to meet outside the patient blocks.
Dinner - with Vlad. Qui-Gon decides to tell Vlad about their plans to the basement, reasoning that if things go badly, someone needs to know of their whereabouts. Qui-Gon tells Vlad about his journal and to give it to another Jedi if he doesn't come back. Qui-Gon disappears this nightshift (will be on hiatus for a month or more OOCly for him)
