I have caught back up on my November editing scheme. Yay! And it's going to maybe even be done tonight. I'm chopping a whole swack of stuff out of my antagonist's thread because I found a better way to do it. :D

I'm working on my novel, fiddling with wording and ironing out the stuff Dad's flagged so far. Word isn't cooperating.

See, there's this one paragraph that's set to automatic indent (like all the others, which work fine) and it's frickin' indenting the second line too! Not the third line, just the second one. I immediately assumed the line in ( Read more... )

I have four out of five assignments for my editing course back, and the lowest grade on any of them is an A-! I caught all the major things in all of them, but need to work a bit on phrasing suggestions and get a bit more knowledge of differences between grammatical styles.
