12. Does your character have any siblings? What sort of relationship does he have with them?
Heh, yeah, like Mel, this is a big question. Family really matters to Steph these days.
She was an only child until she came to Milliways. Now she's got family, like she never dreamed she could have.
First there was Dick Grayson, blue_bat, who told her his real name. (In the Bats? That's a big deal.) Before she died, he'd been just Nightwing to her, a big-name hero who'd been nice but distant when training her, and who'd always had a lot on her mind. When she arrived, he became for a while her chief support. (In a way, he's still supporting her; every time he comes in, he pays whatever's owing on her tab and enough to hopefully cover her until the next time. Steph doesn't know this, yet.) She loves him, hero-worships him, would throw herself in front of a bullet meant for him without batting an eye. He's the big brother she always wanted and more.
Then she met Mel Fray, slayer_fray. She feels almost the same about Mel as she does about Dick - she'd go to Hell for her, if the portal'd let her through.
notashortbean, Ed Elric, she also considers a brother, but he's her little brother where Dick's her big one. She loves him, she threatens his boyfriends, and she'd happily smash to a pulp anyone who tried to hurt him. She just wants to cheer him up and make his life work. There's a strong streak of protectiveness in Steph, as well as a whole lotta thwarted maternal instincts, and it all comes out in force for Ed even more so than for Mel and Dick. Ed's littler, y'see.

13. What is your character's favorite hangout?
Steph loves Milliways. All of it; it's her home. The suite in 132 is where she lives, but she loves the bar proper more; people there are living their lives, and she loves to see it. Usually she's in the rafters just watching, or sitting on a table or a booth. (She goes high; the floor isn't her element, and she loves being overhead. She still does and always will get an absolute kick out of being acrobatic enough to do that sort of thing, too.)
Otherwise, there's a tree in the woods, far away from everything and only accessible from the air, that Billy's made into his treehouse - wide branches, a few pillows, a stash of chocolate. She goes there when she wants some space or when she misses him.

14. Where does your character feel most safe?
Up high. The few times she's been absolutely miserable and despairing in the Bar, she goes to the rafters, in the darkest corner of the ceiling space. Before she died, she'd crawl out her dormer window and sit on the roof of her house. It's a Bat thing, probably.
