And in our public announcement...

I’ve written in friends mode about the tribunal in more depth but I’m not really meant to talk about it at all and in the minor caution that it could in any way get back to the accused or the managerial types I thought that would be safer.

In other news I am sadly pathetically moping the fact I'm not in a muddy reading or leeds field. I am totally going next year.

Tomorrow my sis is hosting a family party at her house. It will be nice to see her, and I always live in hope that her boyfriend will chill out with my family who are, while numerous, basically harmless. Maybe as he's hosting he'll feel more cheery and relaxed.

My next plan for the w/e is to fiddle with newgadgetguy’s redesign of the club website. It needs some text added or altered and some photos uploaded. Dunno what I'll do after that. Read my latest kids book du jour called the fireglass machine by patrick wood. I've had a spate of reading kids books. I've read Noughts and Crosses by Malory Blackman, Eragon by Paolini and I, Coriander by I forget who.

I coriander reminded me a bit of jonathan strange and mr norrell with its motif of fairies and that sort of period setting.
Eragon was a good story mildly hampered by slightly poor writing. I can see why the kids read it but I, at least, can see that it was written by a younger person and hopefully they'll gain skill as they continue. Will probably read Eldest (the next part) eventualy.
Noughts & Crosses didn't disappoint either altho it wasn't quite as well written I felt as some of her work. It was pretty cool tho and I will have to raed the next two parts.

I'll go now before I bore you with other random details.
