So, that was a bust.

The doctor stuck a needle in the cyst, rummaged around for quite a while, but couldn't aspirate anything. It was probably the most intensely painful experience of my life, but fortunately the cyst always stops hurting quickly after you stop prodding it.

Guess I'm gonna have to live with it for another twenty years.
