So I was scanning through glockgal's LJ and found the above meme! LOVE it! And my end result was so perfect! I have adored her art work for many years and first found her through her x-men fanart. It's only appropriate that I got an image of Jono and Angelo, some of my old favs and highly under-represented x-men. *squee!*
Ok I know that with all the winter holidays I have been totally away from my lovily fandoms and now that it is well into February I should be getting my sh*t together. So what is taking me so long? I have some serious fanfic writer's block and fanart artist's block! I have gotten better at trying to draw something everyday, even if it's just a crappy sketch. I really have been trying to actually get started on my fanart100 challenge. (yikes! It's gonna take me years at this rate!) And I have been getting back into LJ and reading lovily fic and drooling over lovely pics of all my favs! (which always manages to inspire me) Hopefully I will start regularly posting again, even if it's just a few sketches here and there. :)
On RL notes, we got over a foot of snow yesterday up here in WI. I even got out of work for the day, since we closed early due to the blizzard conditions! I am sick and tired of winter, but I most admit that the white snow covered ground is quite pretty!
