Well, I spent a good deal of the day sleeping, so now I'm up cooking, lol. Here's what's on the menu for this coming week:
Homemade turkey sausage (from ground turkey breast)
Shrimp Scampi
Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry (just made this, it's delicious!)
Turkey roll-ups
Green Beans in Garlic & Olive Oil
Mashed Cauliflower w/Butter Substitute
Cabbage boiled w/smoked turkey necks
Homemade raspberry popsicles
Oatmeal w/cinnamon
The great thing is, the food I have on this weight-loss plan is truly delicious! I just can't do an abstinence-type plan, I love food too much. :D Wish me luck!
