Life Goes On
Yeah, I suck at subject lines. Anyway, I wanted to report that my shoot went really well on Thursday! They were all so complimentary of my performances (I shot several helpful hints), I'm hoping the production company will ask for me by name the next time they need talent. Oh and also, it'll be on YouTube, so I'll let you guys know where to find them once I get the info.
Yesterday, on the advice of my oldest sister, I took Alanna to a nearby nature park for a change of pace. It was really nice weather, warm, and we stayed in the large grassy area. Alanna got mad because she wanted to climb a tree, but couldn't manage it, lol! There was this older man (who it turns out was a veteran--I'm always interested to meet older African-American vets), who told me it was obvious I'm truly fond of her. :D He also said she's spoiled! LOL. Anyway, she wasn't meowing nearly as much as usual for the rest of the day yesterday, so I think she was just bored. Hopefully, taking her out 2-3 times a week will help.
I'm starting the South Beach diet this coming week, so I'll be cooking for the rest of the day, so I guess it's good that it's chilly outside. What are y'all up to today, flist?
