Eek my past few posts are depressing!! Now this is a lighter, happier post. New Year Resolutions!!!
1) Get more sleep. I sleep at 1130pm. I hope to sleep by 11pm next year!!
2) Eat more fish. Trying to cut down my chicken consumption!
3) Eat less yellow mee... swapping to Bee Hoon noodles is a healthier choice!
4) Excercise >3 times a week. I will try to squeeze a lunchtime workout.
5) Read more widely.
6) Don't listen to much Kpop.
7) Learn a new skill (planning a sewing course).
8) Take my insurance tests.
9) Spend less money. Save more money.
10) Say "NO" more. I shall not be too good in office to reduce bullying.
Ooh I like these resolutions!!! No more stressful & impossible resolutions like "find a guy" "lose 10kg" or "make more friends". Gambate!!!
