I've been packing to go to camp... I know I overpack, but I'm always so afraid I'll forget something! At least there is a CVS down the street, so if I forget something, I can go buy it

When I worked at Disneyworld, in 1986, I made several trips to see Saul Cornell. He did some repair work for me(don't remember what) and he was a great guy. I always loved his house/shop, because there's somehtign magical and "Honest" about a man who works with wood. I was very fond of him, and to this day, I have his business card. Golly... were you born in summer of 1986? Sharp endpins are good, and Yes I love his point. Some mystery writer somewhere is gonna write a mystery story where the murder weapon is a sharp endpin(crazy laugh)
Saul Cornell.... what nice memories I have of him... he may remember me because in gratitude for his help, I gave him a couple of passes to disneyworld. He said he'd not buy a ticket because they were too expensive, but he used the passes I gave him, and had a blast.
Tell him philip taggart said hello... and please alert whoever is stalking me to leave me at peace, please? Danke, and thanx for the memories! pip

I was born in May of '87. =)
Saul lives about three minutes from me. But he moved there pretty recently. He still works at his old house, though.
My youth orchestra went to Washington, D.C. last summer, and we were all required to take out our endpins and put them in our suitcases because, apparently, the endpin is a "recognized weapon."
1. That was a different one! That was fourth grade and I was using a 3/4 cello, so obviously it wasn't the same point that today got sharpened to deadliness.
2. That was your fault, bucko. You walked into it. =D
3. I know what you mean, though. I used to carry that thing on my back when I walked home from school in fourth and fifth grade, and the endpin would stick out the bottom of the case and scratch me in the legs. Ow.
