[Kadaj hates being alone. It is necessary, though-- from time to time. It's necessary now, in order to observe the other lifeforms here, in order to plan her escape, in order to avoid Sephiroth, who is as infuriatingly distant and cruel as ever. Well, not entirely. But still. Sephiroth needs to learn what it is to desire Reunion. Let her miss Kadaj.

In the end, she'll revenge herself on all of them, every single one. She misses her Mother. The thought makes her head hurt. Being here makes her feel too-- humanKadaj is idling in a kind of dell, a shady place with a pool-- her familiar summon isn't at her side. She isn't in the mood to rub a dragon's belly just now. She rolls here eyes, thinking how much Loz would enjoy that particular activity

[She jumps and turns at the sudden sound of the voice. Shit. She'd been expecting it, but that doesn't make it any less creepy when it actually happens. Yet she keeps control of herself, doesn't look upset or afraid.]

I don't got a pet.

Wasn't looking for you either, freak. I'm investigating. Didn't even know if you were still here. You've been such a good little girl lately. Maybe you can't do much without Sephiroth on your side.

[Kadaj tilts her head, as if seeking understanding. When she smiles, it's in mockery. Black mist moves around her hands and arms.]

Is that what you hope, fool?

I don't waste my time in talk with those imprisoned here. They can offer me nothing-- and since you're without your master, I know you have nothing to offer as well.

Except lies. Do you have anything for me besides lies? Reno of the Turks?
