HELLO. I'm alive and fine and well, in case you don't follow me on tumblr and know that already. I owe you guys a bajillion ficrecs, so here's five to kick us off:
Perfecting by thingswithwings: Cecil/Carlos (Night Vale). Fffffffffffffffffffffffffffnghhghh. Every inch of this story, right down to the nail polish. Hnnnghghgngh
Percy at the Bat by corilannam: Merlin/Arthur, Merlin/Knights (Merlin). I WILL TELL YOU NOTHING ABOUT THIS EXCEPT THAT IT IS EPIC.
a disposition to be generous or helpful; goodwill by astolat: Harold/John, Harold/John/Grace (Person of Interest). I can't believe this is the first and only fic I've read of this threesome, ESPECIALLY with the gorgeous portrayal of Grace. Of course she's a little bizarre, she and Harold were engaged.
a pox on all your machines by scioscribe: Bond/Q (Skyfall). alksdfllfkjdklf. quick-witted and hilarious and sweet, everything anyone could want from this ship.
Blacksmith by pherede: Thorin/OFC (Hobbit). Okay, I get to rec this, and you get to judge me only AFTER you've read it, when you're longing for a cold shower and a metaphorical cigarette. Romance novels ONLY DREAM of being this gorgeously smutty.
And now, stuff about me:
I found a dude on OKCupid who I'm pretty sure I made up in my mind. He dresses up like Superman for sick kids in the hospital, he listed Captain Planet as one of the six things he couldn't live without, one time he was spartan mud wrestling and his picture got used in a Dial for Men ad, every time he goes dancing someone asks if he's been a professional stripper, he listed Kate & Leopold as one of his favorite movies and he watches Supernatural.

(I sent him a message last night, mostly dorky/friendly offering to hang out next time he's in Alaska (he's on a tour of the lower 48 right now being SUPERMAN FOR SICK KIDS)) SOOOO i will let you know what happens if anything happens which it probably won't but who CARES, this person exists in the universe. Probably. I mean it is the internet.
