From what I was able to quickly google, he has a column on LOGO called The Gay Moralist and he's received awards on behalf of his work on LGBT issues. He's also been the keynote speaker at LGBT History Month events at other colleges.
BB, this man is speaking in defense of homosexuality. But yeah, unbelievable that he actually has to.
Uh....was I the only one who saw that poster and the first freakin' thing I thought was "CORVINO???? - omg, another immortal?????" (In a decidedly Hungarian accent.)
Yeah, I know he is, but I'm just really upset that he used that tagline--yes, attention getting, and maybe he wants people there to argue with him, but I just. Auuuuuuuuuugh. I hope that he changes a few minds. Even one would be awesome.
I have no idea who that is, but you made me giggle. ;3
Yeah, I know. The fact that he even need to argue against someone's stupid claim that "homosexuality is immoral" pisses me off. There's shouldn't BE a claim that it's immoral. It's not, and fuck whoever thinks it is. Stupid fucking fuckers.
Silver sharpies are def usefully when running into a celebrity. Gives you something to focus on to keep you from flailing all the fuck over them and scaring them away. (also makes you stupid, so you don't go asking the adorable asymmetrical-hippy haired Tommy Joe for a damn hug. *sighs*)
