Oh nice. I just did a right old happy!rant about The Losers and it just suddenly went all blue and disappeared. Pfft.

Anyway the jist (gist?) was that I thought it was AWESOME and JDM was GORGEOUS and the music was KICK-ASS and there was humour and action and very predictable plot and and jeez I totally agree with you about the girl - fwiw I didn't find her attractive AT ALL.

I was a little nervous to watch any old movie with JDM in it after my experience with The Watchmen. Let's just say I didn't like it and move on shall we?

JDM just seems to get hotter imho.

You will be sad to leave Scotters? Have you had a good time here? Can I get all meme on your ass and ask you:-

What will you SOOOOOO not miss about the UK?

What will you miss the mostest about the UK?

What will make you most happy about being back in Alaska?

What do you dread most about being back in Alaska?

Quick sticks, answers please.

The music WAS awesome! I forgot to mention that--the stuff at the beginning especially, i was actually dancing in my seat a little bit. ;D

Yeah :( But Yeah! :) Of course--

Hm. My flatmates. Actually most of the whole chalet experience, really. ALSO YOUR COMPLETE LACK OF EGGNOG, PUMPKIN PIE, AND REAL BISCUITS.

Fanta, Twisted candy bars, the accents, the publife, seeing swans and bunnies every time i walk to school, the sheer historical culture, and (as weird as this sounds) trains. And Heeland Coos. AND KILTS T___T

My puppies, my family, the ability to rent videos cheaply, the ability to buy ANYTHING cheaply, Actual Snow without calling it a snowpocalypse.

Getting a job. Talking to my academic advisor to see if anything i've taken this year will count. Leaving again in a month to visit my evil grandmother for two weeks.

*SIGH*

Yeah, I never got that. Aussie friend of mine was v. familiar with pumpkin *soup* -- wth? -- but not pie. HOW CAN YOU HAVE PUMPKINS AND NOT MAKE PIE?

Also, the look on his face when one morning I told him we were having biscuits and gravy.

"O.o"

Yeah, trying to explain biscuits to Penny--"So they're like scones." "NO. They're round and flaky and you put butter on them and sometimes jam." "...So it's a scone." "NO."

Pumpkin...soup. Wtf is wrong with people.

I can understand that you would miss pumpkin pie, I love it, but am a bit baffled (I'm sure you're not surprised) by the whole biscuit thing.

LOL I fangirl your evil grandmother. Does she not live in Alaska?

Trains are a cool way to travel, I love them.

what what? biscuits and gravy? sorry I was just reading the other comments. How about yorkshire pudding and gravy, ever had that?

PUMPKIN SOUP IS NICE.

You have no bunnies back home?

*siiiiigh* I don't understand why you insist on calling cookies biscuits when they are quite obviously cookies, while biscuits are nummy fluffy salty half-way-between-a-dinner-roll-and-a-scone HEAVENS.

Nope, she lives in Wisconsin. And she's going to be Put Out with me that i didn't spend an arm and a leg mailing her a tartan scarf before the snow melted. -_-

THAT'S ANOTHER THING--"PUDDINGS" Your puddings seem to include cake as well, and sometimes gravy, and ick ick ick. (Although, yes, chocolate "puddings" are very nice and i will miss them too.) I haven't had Yorkshire pudding--should i run out and try it?

BLEAH.

We have bunnies (and swans even!) but they aren't quite so plentiful, seeing as the eagles eat them. *shrug*

Hey, we have cookies alright? And we know they're cookies because they're cookieish and look and taste like cookes. Biscuits are all those other different shaped and sized things in packets. Oh it's all very confusing shut up brain.

Are you going to Wisconsin armed with said tartan scarf?

CHOCOLATE PUDDING SAVES LIVES. (especially with chocolate sauce or custard)

Yorkshire pudding is something we have with roast beef on Sundays. It's made with pancake batter and rises up very dramatically in the oven. It's awesome. With gravy. *nods* It's not pudding at all really.
