Yeah, I've been through this fuckery before with The Smashing Pumpkins. There was this really heartbreaking period when band members kept leaving and then when they broke up I cried for DAYS. :( :(

I haven't actually written fanfic in a really long time, a few sporadic Supernatural pieces but nothing of substance. Gen Kill has just totally inspired me, and the fandom is so fun and friendly and amazing. I'm LOVING it.

ya know i was literally despondent when soundgarden broke up, in '97. i mean i was 15, but STILL. it gutted me. so bad. and ya know what.. they're back together now :D i only had to wait 13 yrs! so i'm one for faith with this stuff i guess :p

lol i SHOULD be writing screenplays, but atm i'm not. totally bad. i have a bunch completed and a pilot too, i really should be concentrating on specs (tv shows that already exist, i guess writing those is how you get hired on tv).. but i'm not. GO FIGURE.

i'll add you on FB. i don't use it much, i think because i need more cool ppl on there. lol i sound like i'm dissing my friends, but they just don't understand some things (LIKE GK HELLO) :p

I added you, bb! I understand about people not understanding GK, I swear, I have been hassling my friends to watch it for AGES.

I still think you're totally cool for writing screenplays. I have a boy at my work who wants to do that, he's doing a course at uni for it. But the entire idea intimidates me, it's such a different structure to what I'm used to.

And thank yoooooou about the fic comment below! After all the excitement of writing that Ray/Walt, I am actually kind of freaked OUT about people in this fandom not liking it/realising I'm a total hack, lol.
