Bob left My Chemical Romance and my heart is broken. There have been a million posts about this already, and I'm not going to harp on it, BUT. I just thought I'd put that out there. My heart is BROKEN.
In cheerier news (because we all need it) I've spent all morning looking for pictures to make Walt icons (like this one), and I came across a few I hadn't seen before.
I have been staring at this picture off an on for the last hour. I can't even explain what it is, but MY GOD he looks so freaking hot right there. I am used to Walt being the Littlest Cute Marine, not the Totally Fucking Scorching Hot Smoulder-Eyed Marine. Gah!
Actually, I'm pretty sure I HAVE seen this one around before, but it bears repeating. He looks like he's made of sunshine, or just been puked up by a unicorn or something. Actually, I'm stealing those lines from Ray in my fic, but it's still true.
Here is Pawel! Or possibly Walt after he gets out of the Marines and has to take a job as a barista in Virginia's only hipster cafe. That is the look he gives the morning Ray walks in and demands a half-caff-skinny-mocha-latte with extra sprinkles.
And then there's this. Ok, seriously, this has made me CRAAAAAVE Brad/Walt because, as you will notice, Pawel is LITERALLY RIDING Alexander and he is TINY and Alexander is HUGE and that is kind of a THING. OK? So someone get on that, please!

What song are you currently addicted to?
I've been obsessively listening to Florence and the Machine's 'Lungs' and Bat For Lashes' 'Two Suns' lately but I think over the last week I may have listened to 'Roads' by Portishead approx 50 million times.
What books are you currently reading?
I had run out of books to read because I was on holiday for two weeks, so I started rereading Gen Kill. I went back to the shop this week, though, and picked up Pride of Baghdad, by Brian K. Vaughan, read it on my lunch break and promptly burst into tears :(
What's the most enjoyable thing you've done today?
Put on my fluffy pink dressing gown and make a cup of sweet, sweet coffee.
What is the one skill you wish you had?
I wish I could draw. Even my stick figures are terrible. I'd love to learn to draw comic books.

Salty! I go nuts for chips, they're my total weakness. Kettles Chilli Chips, mmmmmmnomnomnom.
What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
Generation Kill, obviously. Probably when Supernatural comes back on I'll be all excited by that again too. Nick Jonas. WHAT.

'The Silver Metal Lover' by Tanith Lee. It's this awesome dystopian post-punk sci-fi love story for teenage girls about a girl who falls in love with a ROBOT. Don't even laugh! By the end of the book YOU will be in love with the robot, too. I read this book three times in a row when I first got it in '07 and I've probably read it another five since then.
Do you get cravings? If so, what do you crave?
I crave coffee every single morning, and every now and then I get huge CHEESE cravings. The other night I ate, like, half a block of parmesan. And sometimes I just NEED CAMEMBERT. NEED NOW.
What do you do to change your mood?
Watch TV or read fanfic. Fandom is like my fantasy escape from the real world, so when life messes with me I totally run away to fantasy fandom land. Which is why I refuse to participate in wank, fanwars, any of that nonsense.
What was the last meal you ate?
Pizza, last night. Wow, yesterday was a really unhealthy food day.
Do you want to learn another language?
Yeah, Spanish'd be cool.

Finishing my goddamned Ray/Walt fic o'doooooom. I'm writing the last scene! Actually, I'm procrastinating from writing the last scene. That's how I started looking for Walt pictures and doing memes in the first place.
