My MacBook adapter met its untimely demise today. It's all brown and broken where it apparently burnt itself through- I didn't smell or hear anything though so I'm so thankful for that! When I took out the plug, it was incredibly hot. What would have happened if I left it plugged when I was a sleep? Could something have caught fire? Scary!

I need to get my MacBook fixed. It flickers intermittently and it is really freaking annoying. I thought maybe it was some power issue at first, but it flickers with just the battery in. Right now it is fine, but I am sure at some point today it will flicker to no end. I've checked the discussion board and if it's a hardware problem it usually ( Read more... )
