One of my mom's friends called to say that her 'kids' would like to extend an invitation for me and Chad to come over for pizza tomorrow night. Her 'kids' are her two newly adopted cats, who take the place of her feline lover of her life who died last year, and who stole Chad's pacifier that last time she had us over for dinner.
God, I want to go back to Savannah.
