I've been using my lightbox for almost 2 weeks now. I don't really see a change in my mood, but I have had two unexpected benefits that go toward making my life a little easier. I'm really curious as to why I have so much trouble journaling. It's not like I don't have a lot to say. I think several times a day "Oh, I should write that down" I'm even near a computer most of the day. I suppose I just keep at it maybe it will become easier for me to get over whatever reluctance I seem to have.
