Catch Me, Heal Me, Lift Me Back Into the Sun
Its been a loooooooooooooooooooong time since ive had a moment to sit down & update on here. Lately if im not at work, im either at school or doing housework. Both are going quite well. Im managing to keep up with all the paintings I have to do for Design. I switcjed over from being a cashier to being an MCA (Merchandise & Customer Assistant) at Sears. Basically my new job is stocking whatever come in on the truck, working with displays, straightening, doing zero counts & ordering new merchandise. Im constantly busy & moving around instead of standing around in a box ringing shit up.
If you know about my Myspace profile then you've probably heard about the recent drama going on between me & Treys stepmom. Basically, the bitch went on my Myspace profile looking for things she could use to talk shit about me. She tryed to make me out to be some horrible person to Trey by telling him that im bisexual & that I have very "telling & revealing" posts. Trey already knew about that bi thing & he knows I dont write revealing posts, so the conversation mainly made him pissed of at her. Can we say backfired! Im over the situation. I figure, just like Shanna, his stepmom has now shown me her true colors & im not going to open my mouth again around her or be nice to her face when I cant stand her.
We went to Houston last weekend to do one of our registrys, the one at Target. I made the mistake of going to the Super Target in Humble. It was the biggest pain in the ass, but then again most things involving Humble usually are. They didnt have any comforters, flatware, plates, cups, or lamps for us to register. The Target here is alot smaller, but they have like a ton more stuff than that Target did. I also got to see Marcia & Jen for a little bit. All the girls got fitted for their bridesmaids dresses.
Ive officially hired my attorney as well. We still have a few pieces of paperwork to get turned back in, but im sure everything will get filed in the next few weeks. Ive already put my manager at work & my profs at school on alert that I may have to miss class & work to go to the hearings. Im hoping I miss work more than I miss class because class is a hell of alot harder to make up.
Im finding myself growing very fond of A Perfect Circle again. I dont like their choice of single for Thriteenth Step, but I love Maynards voice. Its so soothing, and yet so heartbreaking. I was listening to that album last night & I keept feeling like my heart was breaking the whole time but I couldnt understand why because his voice was so mellow, and alot of his lyrics are really depressing, especially in the song "Gravity."
