Feeling a bit better about the world today. I really want to knuckle down and get this business plan sorted - well as much as I can while Cahir is on tour, then I will pick his brains when he gets back (watch out Mr G - might be shooting some more q's your way too).
Today at school was good - I am finally realising, with only 6 weeks left till I get my Advanced Diploma, that I really do have the skills and knowledge to pull this off - with or without certain n.irish maverick band members hehe but I do think he was serious when he said he was up for it. As I've said a million times before I wanna go now. I am actually thinking about maybe going a bit earlier than first planned (money allowing) so that I can get a head start on setting up some music biz type things, ready for the UK summer when lots of tours and gigs are happening. Its the sensible thing to do. I really want to hit the ground running when I get there.
And Miss Hooten - COME ONNNNNNNN!!
Even though I said I wasn't going to try to save before the end of school because of all my financial obligations, I think I am going to have to start this week. Even if its just putting $50 aside, but mostly I think for the next 6 weeks, I'll have to try and pay some more off the credit card and the laptop so that its not hanging over my head at xmas time. I want to be able to pick up the laptop before xmas and I don't want there to be a credit card bill either. I am going to have to hassle Kate to give me more shifts when I am available and possibly speak to my coordinator at school and see if he'd let me out of a few classes. That was supposed to be the arrangement this year anyway.
Anyway - enough thought and procrastination - back to the biz plan......and dreading about what to wear to Royal Crown this Friday.....and what to do with my hair ARGH!!! Cami I think we need to go shopping this week - might skip Wednesday arvo off school and do the rounds - whatcha say?
