I just finished 2 books, so like I promised, I would, I’ll tell you guys about them!
“Peter Pan”. If you saw the Peter Pan that cam e out around 2 years ago, its very similar. Out of all of the Peter Pan’s I have seen, that one captured the general essence. Another thing that was great, they lifted the dialogue from the book and used it verbatim in the movie. I really liked it, so I’m about to start “Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens”.
“Pictures of Hollis Woods” Ok, true its something that I had to read for school, but it was sooo good. I really think everyone should read it, and should be a must on all of your lists. Its about this girl, Hollis Woods who has bounced from foster home to foster home, I know it sounds king of depressing, but it really isn’t. It ends happy. After reading it, all I could think about if what I could do for kids like that….
