Oh, it's the outdoors!
I left the house for the first time in the new year today! That's probably sad, but oh well. I went and picked up some fabric so I can perhaps start on some cosplay things this week and hopefully not fail miserably at them. I pretty much don't have any confidence for that, as usual. But we'll see. I've got two costumes I want to try right now, both are, predictably, D.Gray-man things. Beyond that, I don't know if I'm going to be doing any others. I really wish I had people to cosplay group with, though. ;_;
We also picked up some dvds, so now I can clear off some space on my hard drives. Except apparently some of my episodes of X-Men Evolution don't want to work, which is upsetting, because I don't want to burn messed up files off. I guess I could start looking for those again.
Anyway, I think now I need something distracting to do for a while since I haven't talked to anybody all day, but I'm probably going to be lame and wait for somebody else to poke first while I stare at patterns and try to make sense of them for a while. This probably will mean I will continue not talking to people though, so I guess I lose.
...I should seriously finish cleaning my room before I start creating sewing chaos in it. I don't expect this to happen, though. Hah.
Argh, where did mom's pink thread disappear to? D:
Edit: omg fairly certain that all my fabric is way too thin. T_T I guess I'm going to have to put another layer of something under it, or go get something thicker and undoubtedly too expensive. This is going to be an even bigger problem for that dress, I can tell already. Maybe I should just give up on that...argh, I don't want to give up. -_- Gee, I wish I knew what the hell I was even doing. x_x
