Suddenly, I'm an Educator
I have officially survived my first TAing session. One more to go this week. Luckily, 1) No one burst into flames 2) I didn't barf all over the students or swear at them 3) Things went pretty well. So, yay. I decided to just be my usual nerdy self and make them deal with my weirdness, and they seemed to respond pretty well to that.
Also, based on the fun facts they put on the info cards I had them fill out, my first lab section has enough musicians in it to start a rock band and enough dancing enthusiasts to rock out to it. And! I have that rarest of rarities for Gen Chem, the CHEM MAJOR. Woot?
