Sometimes the things you do outside work also get involved with things you do inside work. That seems to be happening a lot in this job I do as a librarian these days. As people know, I'm helping out with Media Studies who are doing Sherlock as their examined unit focus text. Was on a reccie last week for a trip I am arranging for them (nine page risk assessment to write today) to show Lowestoftians Sherlock's London no less. As you'll gather from the garbled entry before this, I managed to bump into filming. I later almost literally impacted with the star of the show and got a wave from Mark Gatiss. Who says there is no such thing as co-incidence?
I'm posting this at the request of the principal of where I work too as they have my photo on their Facebook page.
I am presuming people want a full report on what happened that day as well?
And yes ... for those who are asking, I AM still reeling, and not exactly in a good way. May calm down after I have arranged the trip.
