Last Wednesday my internet connection went out. After a day, I called Comcast to have them figure out what had gone wrong this time. ( The things that had gone wrong are numerous )

I'm waiting on UPS. I'm waiting for them to bring me a new modem. I might not NEED a new modem, but my current one doesn't happen to be on the list of modems that Earthlink supports. (Earthlink is supposed to be giving me faster internet than I was getting with AT-AT.)
