Today I completed my dissertation analysis phase. Mind you, this beast is no where near complete-- I still have to write Chs. 4 and 5, but the good news is that the extra time I spent on the descriptive analysis gives me 56 pages of unedited text to copy and past right in. Score! Tomorrow I'm going to organize myself, and I'll likely spend the rest of the week making figures for the content and representation portions of Ch. 4.
It was a good day. A good,, fourteen hour workday. And now I'm ready for some serious vegging. My only regret is that Cory is out of town for work tonight. After all of the crankiness, long hours, and timultuousness of the past few years that he has put up with, he really deserved to be here today. Three months from tomorrow it will all be a memory. That's pretty intense. But tonight, sleep.
