I am utterly hopeless with these things, so please do bear with me. But I felt the need to address all of you on this matter.

Earlier today I happened across a somewhat isolated space that I should think would be big enough for all of those with unusual abilities to stretch their legs in, so to speak, and therefore I'm taking it upon myself to set it up for use to any who wish to learn to better control their powers and to maintain a satisfactory level. I must stress that this is merely for the safety of mutants and others against their own abilities, and it is not an excuse to bring harm to anyone unless it is absolutely necessary, but even then I very much disapprove of the idea.
