[Finnick flicks the communicator on and turns it to video. He uses it to capture the Welcomer’s retreating back before he swings it around to himself. Blue eyes look out of a grimy face and he’s primed for combat.]

That man was a little weird, he’s never heard of the Capitol.

[He turns a mega watt smile on though his eyes look grim if you are looking closely.]
