 I think it's funny how elementary, junior high and high school is all about telling kids that all opinions are equal, but college finally comes out and tells us the truth; "Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that does not mean that all opinions are equal. Some are simply backed up by more facts or more applicable reasoning

But, certainly all opinions are at least valid.

Well, not really, because not all opinions are founded on logic and good reasoning. Everyone is still perfectly entitled to their opinion, just not entitled to it being treated equally

It is valid, though, because there is a mass of people who hold it to be true, and they cannot be ignored.
