I think Miyuki's head just exploded.
I suspect the culprit was a really big sneeze that had trouble getting out of her face: it was at least as loud as a human sneeze, incorporating a harsh barking noise somewhere at midpoint, and ending in a sort of disorganized horse-raspberry / elephant fart flourish.
If she does it again, I suppose I will be concerned about dust allergies or something - Lordy Godiva knows I've been fighting some horrible crud that's got up my sinuses the past week and a half (and before anyone worries, her eyes are clear; no unusual discharge from them or her nose).
For now, though? I am still laughing so hard my guts ache.

Considering that her normal sneeze is a dainty little "ffft!", it was like accidentally seeing an elegant lady in an evening gown let rip with a really noisy fart. Classic.
