Man! the new receptionist is really driving everybody up a wall! She's sooo damn slow!!! She doesn't seem to be dependable enough to do her work. It's been three weeks but she doesn't get any better *sigh*. We're supposed to get our folders ready  by this time of hour, but she's still making confirmations to students now.
