Nation calls, my vocation require me to come back four times a year. It almost feels like I have never left the place at all.
Every 3 months I have drag myself literally, wearing a uniform and get all dolled up for camp. On sunday I tell myself it is only 5 days. Every time there is ICT, I always manage to stir up lots of stress and time in calling up the base for deferment.
Somehow the base does not understand the term of "deferment",
de·fer·ment ( P ) Pronunciation Key (d-fûrmnt)
n.
1. The act or an instance of delaying or putting off.
2. Officially sanctioned postponement of compulsory military service.
Somehow the dates in return are always before the date I was originally given. The do not seem to understand that deferment stands for a date delaying or postponed! NOT bring forward!
So I canceled my deferment again and here I am, typing away in camp.
Somehow only in camp, I seem to have more things to say, or complain.
