Is It Wrong...
...that reading the following article made me a little happy? zap2it It would seem that McPherson and al put their faith in the wrong shows. I have nothing against these series or their respective fans, I just never understood why they deserved a second season and WMC did not. It's not like Wednesday's ratings were catastrophic, but they were not great either. I'm convinced WMC would not have done worse, it might have done better, even. If only they’d left Fain and Craft in charge, and given the show time to grow… anyway... water under the bridge.
Apparently, compared to last year, ABC's ratings are down in key demos, 37% last Wednesday alone according to the the futoncritic
What can I say? I just can’t help feeling a little vindicated.
And yet, a part of me kind of wishes that Wednesday's ratings would have been better. Then, at least, WMC's cancellation would not feel so senseless.
