I'm pretty tired. It was a good school week, I guess. I had a couple exams, one of which kind of blew me away (Astronomy). I even studied a lot for this one. Oh well; I didn't do TOO bad, I suppose. I don't really have too many complaints aside from the fact that there is always so much to do. I've been enjoying doing research and writing my paper on some pseudepigraphical Abrahamic literature. It's been fun, actually. I know, I'm a dork and proud of it.
Today Wendy and I went to the dollar theater to see Memoirs of a Geisha. It was definitely interesting. I didn't know whether to really like it or not. I mean, it had an eventual happy ending, so that's good. Afterwards, we ate at Pier 49 Pizza, Wendy's favorite in these parts. It was really good. I've been eating a lot of food (a lot of crap) quite late at night. That's not good at all. I haven't really gained weight that much; my waistline has grown, but it is getting smaller by very very slight degrees. However, I bought pecado congelado, Samoa's Girl Scout Cookie Ice Cream and have eaten copious amounts of it at sundry hours of the day/night. After pizza, we went by the skating rink (here in Provo) for a little bit, the place where they had the ice skating competition for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympics. A few friends of hers from her mission in Switzerland were there, so we hung out with them afterwards in her apartment. We drank hot chocolate and played Cranium (is that the name of the game?) for a couple hours while generally just screwing around. It was cool. I got back about half an hour ago.
Yaaaay I can sleep in tomorrow. However, since the guys in my apartment cook this next week, we have to go tomorrow to buy the ingredients for the dinners. Usually that is done at some ungodly hour of the morning like 7, but Antony and I agreed that 12:00 would be dandy for us. After that I may do homework (hahah!), and then tomorrow night Wendy and I are going to Salt Lake to paint the town rojo. She actually has a hockey game at 4:30, so after that we'll go to SLC. I haven't told her yet (though she may suspect already) that I'm planning on doing this horse carriage ride around downtown Salt Lake City. I know she's going to love it, eat it up. It'll be good. I'm not sure what else we will do, probably visit the Salt Lake Temple also. I'm excited for it.
