Practically all of my favorite fanfic writers and fanartists made a contribution (you can see the complete list of contributors on the preorder page), and it was a really cool project, and all the fics-slash-art are set in the 1920s, and I have a huge boner for the 1920s, I mean, doesn't everybody?
It's $15 + $9 for shipping anywhere on the planet, which is a pretty good deal for 190 pages; I mean, it's bound to give you more entertainment than a cheeseburger and a matinee.
