It really bothers me that Harry never gets promoted. Here I am watching an episode from the third season of Voyager, and Janeway puts Harry in command of the bridge, and he does an awesome job.
Four seasons later he's still an ensign... meanwhile his buddy Tom is both demoted an promoted within the span of like a season or two.
Though I'm sure he's promoted when they get back to earth... but still... it's not fair!
