The guy who runs my company’s travel helpline is so very awesome. The travel booking site is pretty much crap... if you want to change ANYthing you have to call in and get help. This is obviously usually the sort of thing that would make one grumpy, but the guy who mans the phone there is just so brilliant (and can you say FABU-lous!!) that I kind of want to fuck up my reservations just so I can call and chat with him. Talk about a serious talent - being able to take an extremely stressed-and-pissy-lisa, annoyed because she has to change her reservations less than 24 hours in advance, and churn out a happy, chatty, smiley lisa. Maybe I’ll start calling him whenever I have a bad day.
