[It's beautiful out, the morning is shining and bright, the weather is warming and spring is in the air. It's great. The harpies are all removed and the City is 'safe' once again, the barrier raised. Life could not be more grand within the City!
But three things are so wrong to Zuko this morning.
1.) Jet is still hanging around in the tea shop; Uncle's insisting that Jet works for them to make up for the damage to the shop-- Zuko's not sure anymore how the discussion had ended or if that had even been the main topic of discussion, his temper had forced him to storm out and walk the streets for hours on end the other night;
2.) It seems that one of his turtle-ducks has gone missing since the harpy attack on the City (not cool);
3.) ... The figure that materializes out of thin air nearby him as he visits the ponds and as he enables the video on his communicator--]
...no...
[And that's all that transmits onto the network before the device slips free of his slackening grasp, angling on the way down to show Zuko's stunned and paling visage before the communicator falls into the pond with a sharp splash, static mixing with the sounds of bubbling water in the microphone.
Zuko's image blurs as the water ripples and settles and then cuts to black.
It's bad enough that Azula's here, they do not need this. They're screwed.]
