Negativity in life
Negativity is easy to attract. It's the easiest thing to attract into your life; you don't even know you're doing it. You are so used to it, the negativity isn't even noticed anymore. It can be as simple as a feeling. I don't do this very well or I can't do that. You do it every day in small un-noticed amounts, but...they build up. Believe me I know, they build up.
There are multitudes of ways to release that negativity but wouldn't it be better if the negativity weren't even there to begin with? I'm thinking so. I thought I didn't have a problem with negativity until I started listening to some subliminal tapes I found in my closet from 1984...yes I bought them in 1984. 34 cassette tapes in all. "Building a Winning Self Image" and "The Prosperity Solution" from Gateways Research Institute, California.
I've watched the "Secret" and Dr Wayne Dyer's "Power of intention" and actually have been unknowingly using the power of attraction since 1999. So here I pull out of the closet some subliminal tapes that are 23 years old and they are talking about the very same thing and how to use it...coincidence?
No way, I gave up believing in coincidence years ago.
I have high stress levels in my life that I battle constantly. I never really realized how much negativity I was feeding myself until I started listening to these tapes. Most of the time I fall asleep but I tell myself to listen to them even though.
They're starting to work and I've only gotten to the second tape. I listened to each tape 3 nights in a row. This is how I will do it with all 34 tapes...then I will do it again!
It's the negativity that clogs us up and stops us from achieving our goals. If our unconscious mind is so full of negativity it's hard to see the positive.
I had no idea how many negative thoughts I gave myself every day...now I notice.
If I flood my mind with positive messages each and every night as I sleep the negativity will spill over the top and be replaced with positive.
Now every time I have a negative thought I instantly change it.
I am becoming a child of the universe and it will give me everything I ask for.
