Omg i know - it's so ridiculously hard to get in to college. All the seniors at my school just got their acceptance/rejection letter and like no one was happy.

Where did you/didn't you get in!?! I haven't talked to you since you were still applying/auditioning! tell me!

I'm sorry if you're sad, but believe me, getting into even one school is impressive.

Yikes, is SUNY's campus really that bad? Cause I'm thinking about it, considering it has an amazing writing program. At least Emerson was cool. I want to go there desperately.

For me, SUNY Purchase had a really bad campus. And it's kida a commuter school I believe. For me, yes, I would never want to go there for undergrad. But everyone is different so don't take my word for it!!

Yeah Emerson was really cool - it actually didn't seem quite as intense for acting as for communications, media studies, and a few other areas. It's a really cool place and I liked it a lot, I just don't know about doing a conservatory and giving up a full liberal arts college education. You would love it though.

Where have you looked/are you going to look/do you like?

Haven't started looking at campuses quite yet, but I'm looking into Boston University, Emerson, SUNY Purchase, Goucher College, Sarah Lawrence, CUNY (Hunter), Bucknell, and a few others. I'm going to try to visit most of them...

That's a good list -

yeah I was considering sarah lawrence too but i decided it's just too small. I think the smallest I can go is about 1700 and then it just feels too much like high school (my school is a small private school and i have about 65 ppl in my grade). I visited Drew which has like 1800 ish and it was borderline too small. But Sarah Lawrence is an awesome school especially for what you're interested in. It sounds kickass.

Haha the problem with my schools is I pretty much don't have any safetys...they're basically all reach or good match...haha
