Taking small steps toward mental health.
Today I:
1) got out of bed
2) took a shower
3) went to class
4) ate three meals
5) cleaned my bedroom
6) baked cookies
7) hung out with Kate and Katy
8) played LoL with Tim, Lugh, and Colter
Not bad. Definitely could have done a lot less. Goal for tomorrow: do all of that, plus homework. Additionally, renew library books and work out for 20 minutes.
