Sometimes no matter how far past something you are, it's still not easy to totally get over it. No matter how much you wish it could have worked out, but couldn't find a way to make it work out no matter what you tried... Sometimes even after pouring yourself into something for months and months on end for nothing you still think about what else you could have done to make it work out even though you know you did everything you possibly could have. Then you hear songs like this one on a CD you didn't know you had and can't help but to be fully drawn back into those feelings before you can push the button to change the song...
